Don's Tree Service removed some trees and trimmed several other trees in our yard. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. The next day the big truck came by to pick up the limbs. I was amazed at how well the cleaned the yard debris in the road. I got several business cards to give friends and neighbors. Excellent work, very fair price!! Thank you.

Contacted this company to remove and trim some of my trees. They had the best price of the companies I contacted. Initial contact was good. Doni is really nice and knows her stuff. They required half payment before starting. They started work that same day. The crew was friendly and worked quickly. The job took wayyyyyy longer than expected because of the snow. Which is what triggered the lower rating. They could not complete the job because the stumps couldn't be grounded until they were dry. Well they still asked for the final payment repeatedly even though the job wasn't finished. I paid and was told the stumps would done the next day I believe. Stumps weren't done until about a week later. I was expecting a call or at least a text just to let me know the grinder was behind and when they would show. Also the crew broke one of my lawn ornaments(no biggie) and there were a couple big holes left in the yard from the trees being cut into small logs which I didn't expect.
Raise canopy, deadwood/clean oak trees. Removed several large pine trees. Stumps grinded. Removed debris.
Cost $3,000 - $4,999

Don's tree service did an excellent job. Doni called me back very quickly and provided an estimate that beat three other companies. The crew removed the tree and did not leave me to deal with unwanted mulch. I will continue to keep my business with Don's Tree Service

We called Don's Tree Service after a large tree fell in our backyard, knocked down a smaller tree, which then fell on our house. We called Don's first thing Saturday morning, they came out that afternoon, gave us a very reasonable estimate for emergency service, and the team was out later that afternoon to tarp our roof and start tree removal. During a very stressful time for us, Don's Tree Service followed through on their time windows, estimate and even worked with us to favorably resolve matters with our insurance company. This was a huge project and they came through for us on all fronts.

Don's tree removed 2 large pine trees and trimmed large limbs from other trees. Great job & great price. Professional. I'm very, very satisfied. Delivered on all agreed terms and more. Great clean up that followed was more than expected. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I have used Don's Tree Service in the past to cut down some big trees in my yard and they always do a great job. Recently (yesterday) I called to get a smaller tree cut down. They came the next day and the tree turned out to be more than expected (a big stump was underneath the tree debris). They cut the tree down and even though they didn't have to, 4 workers picked up that giant stump and rolled it out of the way and took it too. They raked the grass, blew off my small patio and the debris off of my lawn in an effient manner. I'm a stickler about things and they do a Great Job!

I spoke to "Don"na on Monday requesting a quote to remove a tree that was damaged and leaning toward my home. She told me they would come out Tuesday. The never showed. So I call and I was told I was the first appointment on Wed. They never showed. I left messages on Thursday and even the following Monday. They never even bothered calling me back. So give you business to an owner who doesn't lie to their customers.

Don's tree service removed large tree from my back yard on May 20, 2013 w/ a promise to remove tree and haul away all debris in one day, unfortunately today is Saturday May 26, 2013 and half of the debris remains in my drive. After numerous of broken promises to complete this job in one day, NOT RELIABLE CO!

Don's Tree Service, www.donstree.com, did an outstanding job removing a stormed damaged tree from my house the same day I called them. The tree felled through the roof and they removed the tree, tree stump and placed a tarp on the roof to prevent further damage. Doni, the field rep provided outstanding customer service and always followed up with any concerns. I highly recommend them.

Crew arrived w/in hours of my call and cleared the tree from my roof and driveway by end of day. The rest of the 60 ft oak was totally gone w/in a few days and all debris removed. The crew was hard working, professional and always polite. The owner, Doni Jones, made the extra effort of helping me deal w/ my insurance adjustor. I will reoommend Don's Tree Service again and again and again. They are the best!!!!

Don's Tree Service improperly set expectations, made promises that weren't kept, poorly managed the job and turned a job that should have been completed in a 1-1.5 days into one that spanned into the next week. The Marketing guy said all the right things to promote good customer service, but the company had great difficulty in delivering on what we were told would be done. It was all words with no actions. The workers themselves did a good job, but were managed very poorly by ownership. To top it all off, the owner, Donnie, was very rude to me on the phone and she actually hung up on me. It ended up being a very painful and frustrating experience. Don's Tree Service is a company I would NOT RECOMMEND!

we had a rain/wind storm on 7/14 /12. I called Don's tree service on 7/15/12, they came out, gave me a estimate and were back on the 16th (July) and took the tree off of my home, and tarped he roof! I found them to be professional, efficient and knowledgeable in their work. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer their company. I was very surprised to read the negative reviews,as I did not experience any discord.

I wanted to post a review of Don's Tree Service to express my level of complete satisfaction with them. I have used them about four times over the past three years for both my primary residence and a rental property that I have. In all areas they have been extremely professional and knowledgeable. In one situation, they saved me about $250 on cutting down a tree that others were telling me was a difficult cut. Their service from the office to the field has been exceptional. I still get other quotes to keep them honest but so far they have been at or under all other companies' quotes. Even if others came in a couple of dollars less, it would not be worth the gamble to go with anyone other than Don's.

Don's Tree Service strives to recycle when possible. Large logs are milled. Firewood is made from the wood to small to mill and to big to chip. Chips are used for landscaping, winter bedding, weed control, and county paths. Small trees are made into posts. Everything left is composted and reused where needed.
