Mom and I have been going to see Lyn since she and her brother, Johnny, opened. They know their customers and their preferences. They cater to a varied clientele and care about everyone. I'm especially touched by their concern and attention to the older folks that need their help and special attention. Even my husband is willing to go to this nail place and actually likes it. Love these folks.

I have been going here for several years, and am quite pleased. They are very courteous, and I can always get an appointment on a last minute basis. Tina is fabulous with pedicures; she knows what is going on with your toes, and she just does a fabulous pedicure. They are very reasonably priced..just try them!

I tried this place because it's close to home and I'm searching for a new nail 'home.' Bleh. I paid extra for a 'spa' mani/pedi and there was nothing 'spa' about it. There were 2 ladies working on me (1 for hands, 1 for toes). Neither one of them ever smiled or asked how I was or exhibited any customer service skills whatsoever; they seemed rushed and anxious to be done with me and go home. The mani/pedi was just so-so; the polish looks fine, but the rest of it including the massage (especially the hand/arm) was short and boring. Especially given that the lady next to me was getting an arm and shoulder rubdown (which she said she didn't pay extra for), I felt cheated. The 'spa' chair barely worked (when I told her I couldn't feel anything, she practically yelled at me that "it's working!,") and the leather was all cracked and broken. All in all, a merely functional experience and I won't be back.

Customer service is alway TERRIBLE. The first time I went my nails look like I got them done by a person who's in school and it's their first time doing them. I waited a year later and the lady rushed through filing my nails down and started putting the acrylic on and you can see right threw them so you seen where the previous nail ended. When I asked the lady to redo it before she went any further she got mad, stopped doing my nails then she sat somewhere else with her arms folded and a frown on her face. So I left. It was very unperfessional and the manager didn't even ask me what happened or try to fix it. I'd rather take my money else where!

I have stopped by this place at least 4 times over the last 3 months . . I have my car detailed next door so this would be a good use of my time. They have NEVER been able to take me. But always says to wait and it will be 10 minutes, but they are never able to make it happen. I have acrylic nails and a pedicure every 2 weeks, so it is their loss.

Dunwoody nails used to be the only nail place next to my work, so I would go in every 2-4 weeks for a basic mani/pedi while I sat and waited for traffic to die down. They use the same standard products that all the other nail places use, and their polish lasts about 2 weeks on my nails, and about 4 weeks on my toes. (I guess I am rough on my hands). The leg massages I get there while getting pedicures are always good. The interior of the place is nothing fancy, its pretty boring, actually. They could use a new paint job, or new pictures on the walls, something to spice the place up. Their waxing, however, is amazing! The little waxing rooms they take you to are nothing to write home about, but those little Asian ladies make sure to get each and every single hair off of you. They are just as quick and painless as any aesthetician I have gone to in the past, they will pull out the tweezers and pluck any hairs that remain afterwards as well. And if you are getting a bikini wax, they make sure to get all of the hair that most other places ignore without it being a brazilian (meaning your crack). They do a great job shaping eyebrows as well, very even on both sides. The mani/pedi prices are standard. The waxing prices are very cheap. I still go here even though I no longer work or live on that side of town.

This nail salon is average as far as the interior goes, but the technicians that work there are very friendly and always seem to do a great job. I have been going here for about three years and have never had a problem. I get a spa pedicure and manicure twice a month and my eyebrows once a month. The pedicures always look great and my nails always gets compliments! I highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I visited this place because it is in my neighborhood and I was rushing one morning, and needed a mani/pedi. The nail tech was rude, she didnt clean under my nails at all (instead she polished over them),she was rough, and didnt follow my instructions on what I wanted done. Their products were not sanitary, and she did a horrible job w/my nails. When I told her she was being rude she immediately got an attitude, and never apologized. The nail salon is not nice looking, and they overbook appointments, and try to have two and three people working on you at a time, which is not comfortable at all. I will not be visiting them again, and I will go w/o a mani/pedi for I rush to them again.

I needed sculptures without the nail chips. I called in first and the owner said they could do it. The lady who did my nails were so unskilled. It took her over 2 hours to finish it. My nails were uneven, too thick and they were beyond ugly!! I went for the refill 2 weeks later and the Korean girl was so rude when I asked her to file them down thinner. She even made a stupid comment about the drink I brought in. The place is a hole in a wall, the employees are rude, and service is awful. I have not been there since then and I do not have any intention to do so.

My nails have never looked so good and don't chip. The technicians are excellent and really know their stuff. The eyebrow waxing is painful, but looks great. The spa pedicure chairs are so relaxing. Everyone is friendly and nice and I love going there!

A great place to go, especially for a first time nail addition. The store is SPOTLESS, their untensils are handled hiegenically, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Their nail-add ons look very real, and they help you choose which nails would look best on you. They are qualified and have all of their neccesary credientals. One of a kind place.

They did a great job on my nails. I got just a regular manicure and it lasted for a good week without chipping. The only problem I have with this place is the nail technician told me my eyberows needed help and pretty much pressured me to get them waxed. It was pretty painful and they ended up being much thinner than I wanted. Oh well, you live and learn!
