Superior Roofing Company of Georgia, Inc

After a previous experience with another roofing company left us wary of roofers, I cannot say enough about the great job Superior did. David and his crew did a wonderful job with the work itself, keeping us informed of how it was going. The price was very good and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Superior Roofing. It's increasingly rare to find a company that gives the kind of service and commitment to quality that Superior Roofing provides their customers. The roof on your home is important, and a roof replacement needs to be in the hands of a company you can trust.
Recently during a day of high winds, some shingles blew off my 16 year old roof. The entire roof was in need of replacement and my insurance adjuster agreed. I called several roofers that were rated high, only mentioning that I had some shingles off the roof, not that I needed an entire roof replacement. Only one returned my call within a hour - Superior Roofing. And only Dave McClendon of Superior came out the next day in the rain, while all only other roofers who returned my call declined to come out in the rain.
Dave was on time (important when you are taking time off work) very thorough, and explained everything. His estimate was right inline with the insurance adjusters estimate.
The Superior Roofing crew were on time and and did a fantastic job on the roof. No damage was done to my landscape, there was no roof residue or nails anywhere to be found in my yard.
I couldn't be happier with the results and I know I will not have to worry about a thing in the future. All I have to do is call, and Superior will come out and handle it.

We had a new roof put on a couple of months ago. They were a little more expensive than other estimates we got but the sales pitch was very nice. They had everything listed out and looks to be a well made product.

However one of the list items was cleanup. For a few days after the roof was put on, we found nails in our yard. I wasn't overly concerned because they had finished the job in one day and when they were done it was dark. However I do have kids and a dog and didn't want them stepping on them.

The reason I decided to finally write my review is because just this weekend (due probably to the hard winds) an unused set of nails (that go in a nail gun) was in my yard. Luckily the sharp side was in the ground.

Ron did contact us to let us know they will be coming out to check for anything else. We appreciate the fact that Superior Roofing is concerned about any problems and their willingness to resolve them.

I called Superior due to a leak I had noticed in my master bedroom closet. Terry Bates came out to my house the following day and checked out the area where the leak was occurring. He climbed on the roof, identified the problem and said he would take care of it at no charge. I was amazed at his respone and thanked him for his time and honesty. He could have easily said it was something I did not need, but was completely honest and made the repair. No problems since then. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs any type roof repair.

We can't say enough about the outstanding job that Superior Roofing did for us. We hired Superior in December of 2011 to put a new roof on for us. David, in sales, was tremendous; he provided us with very useful information, made sure that the foreman knew our concerns, and even brought us extra shingles for emergency repairs. The crew worked efficiently and carefully. They cleaned up everyday. The end product is beautiful. We are so happy that we chose Superior and highly recommend the company.
