These guys talk a good talk, but do not follow though with the promised work! I signed a contract to deal with rats in the crawl space, but I'm not sure they ever got it under control. Their technicians didn't even check the crawl space when they came out, and they left the traps in the crawl space and now I've been told by another company that there is even a dead rat in one of the traps that has been there "for several months". What a waste of money!

We have been using Allgood for 4 years and they are always great. They always come back if we need them to and are almost always right on time, even though that is not required of them. We usually have the same guy come out, Tommy, and he is friendly, very kind to all of our pets and takes his time to make sure he does everything properly.

Techs seem knowledgeable, but when you have a persistent problem they cannot seem to fix it. Office personnel are less than helpful. Each passing you to another voicemail, “I’m not sure who is back there that can help you”.

I already have the Sentricon termite system installed by another company and was checking to see if I could get a better price on the annual inspection fee and letter. I contacted three companies, of which Allgood was one. The other two companies came out for free, checked my setup, and gave me competitive prices for the annual maintenance. Allgood wanted to charge me a steep fee just to come out and then quoted me a price for the annual maintenance that was well above what other companies are charging. Let's face itthe only thing they have to do with a Sentricon system is look at the trap and say "yep, it's working". This is not a complex process.

In the end I decided to stick with my current company (Arrow Exterminating), who has always given good service at multiple locations (I was just hoping I could save a buck or two)....

We had some issues with roly poly bugs in our house. We called Allgood and they were able to accommodate our schedule, give us a reasonable price, and solve our bug problem. They were very professional and arrived on time. We will definately be using them again!
