Feels Right, 10/14/2014

After many years since my wife's last pregnancy as well as my own last child from my prior marriage, we decided we wanted children again. My wife is past her mid 30's and I am close to mid forty. We... are a very sexually active couple and were not exactly firing on all cylinders on getting pregnant. The obvious disappointment seemed to really overwhelm us but we were able to achieve the results we wanted with Dr Perloe and his awesome staff! The process was well described and made very plain to us! They really helped us cross the bridge to our second stage of life in raising kids and not only were crystal clear in the possibilities and risks but held our hands every step of the way along the process! all of this would have more than exceeded our expectation but what brings us near to tears is the fact that not only was the staff available 24 hours to help assuage any fears, but they were genuinely interested in doing all they could in helping make our dreams come to fruition! We are ecstatic about the final stages of our pregnancy and can't wait to share in our new joy with our extended family: Dr Perloe and his staff!

Great Doctor

Dr Perloe listened to our problems unlike other place we went to before him. He took great care of us. Although my wife got pregnant on her 2nd visit when Dr Perloe about to start treatment, he made us comfortable on all 3 visits we had with him. He gave us all the options and gave us whatever we can afford or do unlike other place that all they wanted to do the most expensive option . We will be back if we need again and I recommend Dr Perloe to my friends and family and everyone else that having difficulty getting pregnant.

Dr. Perloe Is Great!

Dr. Perloe is a wonderful doctor. We tried for a year and a half to get pregnant with no success. We started seeing Dr. Perloe in June 2012. He was very knowledgeable, straightforward and thorough. We went underwent a variety of testing and discovered that I had PCOS. Dr. Perloe put me on Metformin and we tried IUI twice. The 2nd time was successful! We are now expecting our first child in July and we couldn’t be happier! His nurses Yolanda and Tracy were amazing as well! I highly recommend GRS and Dr. Perloe.

Dr. Perloe makes dreams come true!

Dr. Perloe and his staff at GRS are phenomenal! First of all Dr.Perloe is VERY knowledgeable about IVF and how to treat each situation on a case by case basis. My issue was blocked Fallopian tubes caused by Endometriosis. In the beginning before deciding to try GRS I was skeptical because of reviews from other websites regarding his bed side manners. Which would you prefer? Someone with great bed side manners with minimal results or would you prefer someone that really wants to you to obtain your goal of getting pregnant? I personally had no issues with his bed side manners and I was amazed at how dedicated he is at what he does. My initial visit was in June. I started my medication towards the end of July and our first transfer occurred in August. The first transfer was unsuccessful but three months later (November)we went for another transfer and we are pregnant! After 6 years of trying I now look at my belly each day in amazement because this would not have happened without the help of Dr. Perloe and his staff. Everyone I encountered including the receptionist are awesome and really make you feel at ease. I'm already anticipating my next transfer in a year and a half at GRS with Dr. Perloe!

Fantastic Experience!

Dr. Perloe was recommended by a friend who had been down the infertility road already. I have to say that our experience with Dr. Perloe was as positive as hers was. Dr. Perloe is extremely knowledgeable & up-to-date with all of his information on new techniques/drugs/etc. He is very straightforward & does not sugar coat things when he needs to be frank. Conversely you can also trust him when he feels positive about things. His staff is top notch also. They are caring & thoughtful in addition to being on their game. The response time from the office is phenomenal. We would recommend GRS to any friend needing an RE. Btw, we have a baby girl due in August!

GRS is AMAZING…..

My husband and I were trying to conceive for years at top reproductive places around the Atlanta area. We were about to give up when we decided to have a meeting with Dr. Perloe at GRS. My husband and I were so impressed with Dr. Perloe's knowledge and clear explanations. We immediately felt comfortable with him and had an instant trust with the entire GRS team. In fact, we were able to start the IVF process that week! Dr. Perloe and the nurses consistently took their time to explain everything so thoroughly, and we never had a problem getting a hold of a nurse if we had a question. We always got a returned phone call from a nurse who knew exactly what our situation was and what was going on. I cannot say that about all the places we had been in the past. GRS made us feel like we were always a top priority. We are now blessed with a little baby girl due in August, 2014 thanks for Dr. Perloe. Not only was Dr. Perloe and his staff AMAZING….but Diane in the business office was so sweet and helpful when helping us get finances figured out. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Perloe and the GRS team to anyone looking to finally make their dreams come true.

GRS only clinic in GA that offers embryo donation

I have been diagnosed with advanced reproductive age meaning my eggs are older than they should be at 38. After using the Atlanta Center for Reproductive medicine for a year (5 IUI cycles, one which did result in a non-viable pregnancy). My next step would have been IVF but I ran out of money. I was depressed and searching the internet when I came across an option that just might work - Embryo donation! GRS is the only place that offers this in GA. Instead of paying $16k for IVF, this option is around $4500 plus meds and some screening costs. Hope was restored! I only went through one cycle and am now 18 weeks pregnant :) My experience at GRS was so much better than at ACRM. They are much more thorough and follow up with you like they say they will. At ACRM I had a "wasted cycle"/wasted money because they did not note on my chart that the at home ovulation tests did not work for me. If I had to do it all over again I would go to GRS first. Dr. Perloe is awesome and so is his staff. THANK YOU DR. PERLOE!!!

Double Blessings

Our experience with GRS and Dr. Perloe was absolutely wonderful. I encourage anyone and everyone I know to visit them if they are having fertility issues. I am 47 years old and recently remarried. I have two daughters from a previous marriage. My husband had no children and, therefore, we wanted to try to conceive, knowing the odds might be stacked against us. We chose the IVF shared donor egg cycle. The heavens and science were on our side. We are now 20 weeks pregnant with twins! We are so very thankful for our blessings, and count Dr. Perloe and his office as an integral part of our two little miracles!

Dr. Perloe provides hope

All because of Dr. Perloe, my husband and I are expecting our first child - a little girl - in December 2013. I went to Dr. Perloe on the eve of my 43rd birthday thinking my chance of having a biological child was not possible. Dr. Perloe was able to identify what was causing my infertility and offered me hope in making our dreams possible. Even though we had prepared ourselves for a long process, to our amazement addressing my insulin resistance due to PCOS with metformin I was able to conceive immediately. I know my situation is unique and not everyone can have an instant result but knowing what was causing my fertility and addressing it provided me and my husband the opportunity to have a child. We would've considered the other options as well. Either way, Dr. Perloe gave us hope and our little girl. We will forever be thankful!

Excellent!

I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Perloe after a frustrating 2.5 years trying to conceive my second child. I also had 2 early miscarriages and had gone to see another specialist prior to him which resulted in no answers and many questions. Dr. Perloe is extremely knowledgeable and did some very extensive testing which resulted in my thyroid level being elevated, my body not absorbing folic acid and my vitamin D being low. After 2 months of taking vitamin supplements I got pregnant! He has now released me to my regular OBGYN so she can continue to care for my baby. I highly recommend Dr. Perloe and his staff at GRS!

So Thankful to Dr. Perloe & GRS

I have been a patient at GRS for over 3 years and I owe my current pregnancy to Dr. Perloe and the wonderful staff and nurses who supported me every step of the way. I struggled with various types of infertility as well as recurrent miscarriage and when Dr. Perloe took over my case, he was more than willing to look at any and all options to help me sustain achieve and sustain a pregnancy. If it were not for his perserverance and willingness to try alternate methods I would not be pregnant today. I couldn't be happier with the treatment and support that I recieved. From the smile you receive from Keebler when you walk in the door to the wonderful support of staff/nurses (Rita, Tracey, Cherie, Yolanda, Tonya, and more)!

Wonderful experience!

Dr. Perloe and his staff were wonderful! I put off seeing a specialist for much longer than I should have because I was intimidated - I was afraid of being pressured into harsh treatments or treated like a guinea pig. I couldn't have been more wrong. Dr. Perloe went over all my records, ran several tests, and spent time talking to my husband and I about all our options. We all worked together on a treatment plan and Dr. Perloe carefully explained reasons and recent studies behind various treatments. We felt very informed all steps of the way and Dr. Perloe and his staff were always ready to answer our questions and make sure we were feeling comfortable. Our experience was so positive, we were almost sad to leave the office to go back to our regular ob-gyn at 10 weeks. My only regret is that we didn't go to see him sooner!

Dr Perloe

After 3 Years of trying to conceive we were referred to Dr Preloe in March/April 2012. We had to drive 180 miles round trip to get to his office and he was very much worth the trip each and every time. He was a great supporter for myself and my husband as well as very informative on our situation. He told us that we had to fix a few things but that we would be pregnant before the end of the year. He also found answers to issues that I have been trying to get answers to for years. True to Dr Preloe's word I am 21 weeks pregnant(through IVF). My husband and I could not be happier with the outcome of the services that he and his staff have provided and continue to provide. I know that if I were to have a question or a concern with my pregnancy or health that I can still reach out to him and he will be there. He has proven this to me since being released from his care in November. He truly does care for his patience and wants to provide the best possible outcome and service.
