We are so grateful to have had two beautiful babies born to us as a result of IVF at GRS. We worked with Dr. Singleton for a fresh embryo transfer and after she left with Dr. Kaplan for a frozen... embryo transfer. We were overjoyed both times to find we were pregnant. The medical and office staff worked hard to address our special circumstances including our difficult schedules. We count our blessings every day that we have our miracle little girl and little boy with us.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Dr. Kaplan and her team were very helpful in my successful IVF (first try). They were professional, caring, and passionate. I was able to call with any questions I had and received quick responses.... My treatment was catered exactly to what my body needed and adjusted as we went along. Dr. Kaplan made sure we were still on target for my intended retrieval date and it went according to plan. I am so grateful that I found a doctor who not only knew what she was doing but who was also caring. I would recommend Dr. Kaplan any day to anyone. GRS will be my fertility center of choice for my frozen embryo transfer when we decide to try for baby number 2, I wouldn't have it any other way. Thank you Dr. Kaplan and team!!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »

Dr. Kaplan and her staff were very professional and provided expert guidance. We became pregnant on the first attempt with twins. We followed Dr. Kaplan's instructions exactly, and this is a very important part of the process. If people follow the instructions I feel Dr. Kaplan can make anyone pregnant. We never had any extended waiting times and the entire staff was professional and friendly.
Dr. Kaplan and her team were wonderful to both my husband and I. It took us three years to finally become pregnant, however, during this time Dr. Kaplan was very kind and always willing to try something different. The IVF process can take a long time and if you can be patient throughout this journey, Dr. Kaplan and her team will not disappoint you. We did not give up on our dream, nor did Dr. Kaplan give up on us; she was always ready to find out why things did not work like planned and always able to find another solution. We followed all the medical instructions and we'll have our first child in June thanks to Dr. Kaplan, her team, and patience.
Dr. Kaplan and the team at GRS are wonderful. They are accessible and develop a plan and start moving forward to try to get you pregnant. I have been to other fertility specialists who said that donor egg was my only option. They would not try medicated rounds of IUI because they said it was too expensive even though I have insurance that covers some fertility care. Dr. Kaplan did several rounds of IUI with us. She tweaked the medication protocol each time and now we have a wonderful healthy baby girl. I often look at our baby and think what if I hadn't gone to Dr. Kaplan. I can't imagine my life without our daughter and I am so thankful for Dr. Kaplan and her team. They didn't turn us away. They used their expertise to help us get pregnant. It is the best decision we ever made to go to Dr. Kaplan.
Dr.Kaplan is a wonderful doctor who listens to her patients and understands her patient's emotions. I have met some other doctor earlier and tried 2 IUI's. I was devastated when it got failed. None of the doctor have find out any reasons for the infertility. My cycles are like clock work and my husband's reproductive health is better than average. And we are young couples. I do not want to keep trying anything without proper diagnosis. Because I don't want to keep facing the failure. I did the right thing of choosing Dr.Kaplan. She did advanced level of diagnosis and found out the right reasons for my failures. And before my first IVF she found out the right protocol for me. Yes it did the magic. I got pregnant and delivered my beautiful princess last month. If you are considering Dr.Kaplan please don't wait anymore.
I can't say enough about Dr. Kaplan and her amazing team! We are expecting baby 2 thanks to her and could not imagine my life without by baby and baby to be! Not being able to have a baby is devastating, but with Dr. Kaplan's outside of the box testing made this all possible. I started at another practice and was heartbroken and broke due to their robot style. GRS embraces its clients and are personally involved with you every step of the way- if you are struggling- don't wait- make an appointment- it will be the best decision you have ever made :)
Do not waste your time or money with this place. Dr. Kaplan has the WORST bed side manner. The treatment that I received was HORRIBLE!! I am pulling my records today and going to another doctor for the next cycle. DO NOT GO TO HER!! The nurses are nice though.
After trying for 3 years we were able to get pregnant withing 3 months of treatments! Our baby girl was born in February 2013, thanks to Dr.'s Kaplan & Perloe. Following a laproscopy, Dr. Kaplan gave me one round of injections & IUI and low and behold--I got a 'big fat positive' 11 days later. The doctors are kind, concerned for you,and really want to help you start a family. They have a somewhat holistic approach--Dr. Kaplan noted changes in my attitude and feelings of hopelessness and addressed them, even when I wasn't aware of them. She is obviously passionate about what she does, humble, and modest. The practice isn't out to just make money off of your struggle, Dr. Kaplan knew that our insurance wasn't covering my treatments and tried really hard to cut costs for us where she could. If necessary, I would return without hesitation!
I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan and her staff at GRS. Over the last year and a half I have been a patient under the care of Dr. Kaplan. My husband and I are overjoyed at this time to announce that I am nine weeks pregnant due to a successful IVF procedure. My positive experience was due so much in part to the attention I received from my doctor and her caring and supportive staff. Dr. Kaplan is extremely knowledgeable in the field and has the utmost concern for her patients. She spent time with us discussing our options every step of the way. After unsuccessful IUI procedures she recommended IVF. If I am in need of reproductive assistance in the future, I will absolutely go back to Dr. Kaplan and her amazing staff at GRS.
My experience with Dr.Kaplan was great. She was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding current best practices as they pertain to infertility and IVF. I am very research based myself so I needed someone with sound knowledge of best practices and someone who is results oriented and straight forward; I found that with Dr. Kaplan. She was very meticulous in her approach and communicated all of the pros and cons. Her nursing staff was also great and very responsive to our needs. My overall experience was very smooth without any problems. We were successful and we only had one embryo transferred! I am pregnant, healthy and almost at my due date. My husband and I are very happy. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaplan.
We were so relieved to work with Dr. Kaplan. We worked with her for over a year ending last November (2012) when we got pregnant. She always answered all of our questions, gave us all the options, and was compassionate and very professional. We felt we had our best possible odds working with her. We are happily pregnant and couldn't have done it without her. She was up on all the latest studies and was open to all of our concerns. We were sad to leave her care, we felt we were in such good hands. If I had a friend choosing a fertility doctor, I would absolutely encourage her to see Dr. Kaplan.
I'm raising 3 healthy boys after being Dr. Kaplan's patient in 2001-2002. I had had two miscarriages (10 weeks and 12 weeks) as a healthy 29 year old and was diagnosed with a possible anticoagulant disorder. I saw Dr. Kaplan on my first visit and felt like I was heard even if my situation was different compared to others going through IVF. My challenge was staying pregnant. Dr. Kaplan immediately ordered specific bloodwork which no one had considered in the past and had me take heparin injections for the first 20 weeks of my next pregnancy. The pregnancy under her treatment resulted in a healthy boy. I had two more healthy boys, thanks to a heparin regimen during those pregnancies as well. I am turning 40 this year and had more detailed blood work done recently; I was confirmed to have Factor V Leiden. I am just so grateful that I came to Dr. Kaplan when I did and that she took time to help me even after just 2 early miscarriages. I feel like I most likely would have suffered more miscarriages had I not sought her opinion. I don't wish the emotional tragedy of a miscarriage on anyone.
I have been going to GRS for almost 2 years and have completed 4 IUIs with Dr. Kaplan. I never saw her until it came time to do the IUIs. If I'm paying for a doctor, I should see the doctor not a different nurse every time. All 4 of my IUIs failed there because of the lack of communication between Dr. Kaplan and her nurses. The nurses seemed to care but not enough to simply read my chart and see they screwed up! They told me not once but twice to take my medications on the wrong days so two of the IUI cycles were totally useless. Why did they do this? Because all they wanted was the money from my insurance company when they could have said "oh, we made a mistake, lets not do the IUI this month and just wait until we can use our brains and give you the correct instructions" but NOOO they could care less. I have waited hours there when the procedures were supposed to take no more than 1.5 hours. I'm happy to be switching doctors in the near future and maybe my new doctor and his office staff can do things right since they are the specialist. If you're going to name your practice Georgia Reproductive SPECIALISTS then you need to know what you are doing and not waste everyone's time running around in circles getting nothing accomplished but mistakes!
Had my exam with Suzy and she is very nice. I rarely feel comfortable during these exams but I did with her. Saw Dr. Kaplan briefly but I don't necessarily feel I needed more time. In that time, she mostly spoke with Suzy but I did not feel ignored - just that they were taking care of what the next steps were for me. Only went for one visit but they really are very nice. I cannot comment on fertility treatment since I did not go that route in the end.
