Excellent windows, excellent work ethic. By freak accident, a window got broken when they were here. It was anybody's fault, and they immediately said that they would get it replaced. They are very efficient, courteous, and polite. If you're going to do windows, do it with Champion.

Check with competitors first. Would not recommend.
The sales person did what he was suppose to do. He sold us the windows. If I had known at the time that the installers were racist who did not care to service minorities, I would have changed my mind. They did not want to answer questions or hang my mini blinds up after the installation. The workmanship was poor and the product wasn't all that great either. When I call for a repairman, he might show up within a week or two. I was not pleased at all with my purchase of these replacement windows. After awhile the poor quality and poor workmanship begins to show.
