They were on the job immediately with professional personnel who produced top quality results in record time helping us to begin to recover from our loses rapidly. Parker Young came to our rescue when a neighbor's tree fell and caused significant damage to our home. Good quality work was completed in a timely fashion. The best part was the excellent communication from the very beginning- the estimator, the design consultant, and especially the supervisor and his team. They put us at ease and I felt very comfortable allowing complete access to our home. Kudos and thanks!

I had a kitchen pipe leak, so I had my kitchen gutted. The gutting company finished in one day. The reconstruction folks, Parker Young, selected by my insurance company, worked MUCH more slowly. It took something like three weeks before anybody showed up to work. And then work days were hit and missnot a huge deal UNLESS you have NO kitchen! The final results, nine weeks later, are so so. I have flaws. PY blames the house. They did a so so job overall, but if I ever hired a company to do any remodeling, I wouldn't pick these folks. They kind of finished with flaws and kind of saidhey, too bad....

Just one month before our daughter's wedding we had a kitchen fire. FireStar has been cleaning our home after the fire. Everyone from the Estimator who first stepped into our home to the individuals who came to clean everything has been the most professional and considerate of individuals I have every had the pleasure to work with. They have been so careful and hardworking and treated our belongings with great care, as if they were their very own. Their work, their kindness and considerate attitude have made this stressful situation so much easier. I can not thank them enough for all they have done, above and beyond just what was required for the job. I would highly recommend FireStar for anyone who finds themselves in need of Fire and Water Restoration services.

When a tree fell on my house recently, I contacted Parker Young at the suggestion of a relative. They responded immediately with all the help I needed to remediate the initial damage, repair the house and help with other needed work. Their supervisor and workmen were terrific - effective, prompt, friendly and cleaned up every day before they left - and the price was reasonable and clearly spelled out with no extras. I was totally impressed and recommend them highly.
