King Green

Several months ago I switched to King Green and have been very pleased with their customer service. Triston, the sales rep, had visited me over a year ago had saved the quote and even remembered my yard! Jimmy, the service technician, does a great job and is willing to answer any questions I have. I also like the fact that King Green tries to send the same technician each time. With my past service, I used to have to call them to come but King Green has treated my lawn on schedule so far. I decided to use King Green because my mother has used them for a year and has had great results. Based on my experience to date, I hope to be with King Green for a long time!

The ladies in the office are usually nice but had the misfortune speaking with a gentleman named Thomas who hung up on me 5x.

I had referred two neighbors to them in the one year I had service and simply needed some help with killing Dallas Grass.

After we got through the hurdles of the "crotchety old man" they did send someone out to kill the weeds. Tis turned the grass brown but they have come out to try and bring it back. Either way they did arrest the problem.

Being from Florida, we learned yards require a different kind of maintenance in Georgia! We spend the first year doing many of the wrong things and seeing disappointing results. King Green technicians have the experience and the tools to help us keep weeds to a minimum and our yard looking great. We just add water!

I've only had King Green for a few months but they are on time and very responsive to requests. Once I asked them to come out and they came out the next day. They also answer the phone when I call! I'd highly recommend them!
