I had the worst experience here. They are over priced and rude. I went in for a routine contact exam, was told I had an infection of the cornea. Was given a prescription to fill, did not fix the problem. Dr. proceeded to do this 2 other times. Nothing worked. I ended up going to an opthamologist...who said I didn't even have an infection of the cornea and was taking the wrong medication. Overall, this experience ended up costing me a ton of money! Save yourself the time, hassle and money and go elsewhere!!

I have been going to this location for at least 6 years, recently I notice the only thing consistent is the two long time employees and Dr heaven(who is awesome!) The lab has been closed, and it took 8 days to get my glasses (bummer!) from a "local lab" and the quality was poor. The awesome deals are no longer promoted as before. The russian man, is okay a little pushy, I like the black/indian lady better, she is very nice! Recently, I tried to ask the mgr a question, and she didn't undertand me, I think she is spanish plus she was annoying and too aggressive (and she had bad BODY ODOR) the store smelled like "baby poop"..I will only have my exams there, and go to Walmart for my glasses..this location is really gone down unfortunately, my entire family has discontinued purchasing glasses there! very sad

My mom and I went to this Pearle Vision 2 weeks before school started. We were told that the glasses would come in in a week tops. At about 1 and a half weeks we called to see if they were in and they still were not in. My school started back and still no glasses. By 2 and a half weeks we called again and they called the lab and had the lenses immediatly shipped in. Then, the lenses did not fit in the frames. So, finally three weeks later I have received my glasses. Well, not really. They are not in the same brand case as the brand of glasses themselves. And the frames are the right style but not the right color. So they will go back to the store tomorrow. And I hope they come back correct this time, before calculus ends so I am actually able to see what I am doing.

The optometrist I saw really tried to push another brand of contact lenses on me. I'm assuming that was because he was getting a kick-back from that company. He was also 'talking down' at me as if I was a child. I think it was a superiority complex he was suffering from. Sad. About half the staff is friendly but the other half are unprofessional. Good selection of glasses, though. Will probably try another location next time.

Great selection, great value, good location. No cheesy looking glasses or gimmicks to get you in only to find cheap unfashionable crap that nobody would wear. They're great. I like to get in, get something good and get out; at Pearle I was able to do that.

I've been going here several years for my contacts prescription. They've tried to talk me into paying for contacts there when usually it's a better deal to buy them online. Unless you have a coupon, which come out in the paper periodically. Also the last time I was there I was going to switch to a different kind of contacts and the ladies looked at me, how I was dressed in jeans and a tshirt, and said, "those are expeeensive!" as if I couldn't afford it. Which I didn't think was very professional of them. Also the eye doctor has been telling me for years thet my acuvues are fine to wear for two weeks at a time....however, the last time I went in they ladies at the counter informed me I needed to take them out every single night. They said that was why my eyes were getting worse, because I'd been wearing them two weeks at a time. When the doctor had TOLD me it was fine to wear them for two weeks at a time, since I hadn't had any problems. The ladies at the counter said my prescription would not have gotton worse has I taken the lenses out every night, though there is no proven evidence of this. Nor did the doctor tell me this.

The in house prescription was off the first time. I literally could not read or safely function! At last they gave me a re-exam and after a firm conversation with the (different) Optometrist, I received new progressive lenses that I love! This was accomplished by speaking directly with the lead technician who was determined to get it right. The Dr.'s admistrative staff leaves a lot to be desired, un-friendly and aloof.

Initially I thought my expereince was great but I have changed my mind. I purchased glasses with a tint that was displayed, it took them three trys and a month and two weeks to get it right.
