I contacted Premier to give me an estimate to replace my 20 year old Trane A/C unit which had just died over the weekend, and on Monday morning their representative Tom Roberson came to my house to inspect my current system and make some recommendations. Tom was very knowledgeable and sent me a quote later that day by email, and I set out to get some additional quotes from several competitors. After getting several quotes from other companies, I found the Premier quote for their Lennox A/C system was very competitive and seemed to offer a great value for the investment. On Wednesday I spoke to Thomas Stolfi and Tim Wray at Premier to get some additional details and inquire about the time required to schedule an installation, and to my delight they informed me they could install on the next day! Sure enough, first thing on Thursday morning the installation technicians arrived with my new unit and started the installation. In less than four hours, my new system was up and running and my house cooled from 83 to 78 degrees in less than an hour! The installation technicians Kris Thomas and Michael Jock did a great job with not only the installation, but also explaining the proper maintenance and care of my new system. Wonderful service from the first phone call through the installation of my new system. Our air conditioner went out over Memorial Day Weekend. My husband is on oxygen and was having a hard time breathing with the heat in the house. First thing Tuesday morning I called Premier and explained our problem and within the hour they arrived to trouble shoot my system. Turns out we did have to replace our 30 year old HVAC system. They fixed my old air conditioner enough to work until they could get back to replace it. The new installation was done the very next day. While the work was getting done a supervisor arrived to check on the installation progress and let me know that I could call him any time. Everyone was so helpful explaining the problem and showing me what was wrong with my old unit to going over everything I needed to know about my new system. I also purchased a maintenance agreement. They are neat and clean. Did not leave a mess behind them like most contractors do. I highly recommend Premier Indoor Comfort Systems!

The entire process from start to finish was solid. The team loaded and locked the new unit in place with kid gloves. They were very family-friendly and customer-centered. Our internal climate is cool and peaceful. Thanks a million!

Couple of weeks back I scheduled an appointment to get tuneup & repair service for my furnace. I was given a window but technician did not show up, nor did I receive any call. After waiting for half an hr more after window I called their office on the status. To my surprise only then they contacted the technician who did not have knowledge of my appointment. Not only I was not given explanation on the communication breakdown, but also did not receive any apology for their mess, except that if I were their "premier" contracted customer they would accommodate me, which means possibly my appointment time was given to their "premier" customer. Overall very disappointed experience.

Premier installed a new heating/air system in my home on 3/17/2015. We paid almost 12k cash to Premier and have had a service agreement with the company for several years. The system has never worked properly. It first broke 2 days after installation. It has since frozen up 3 subsequent times since March. The system is 5 months old and still under warranty. After multiple service calls and countless requests to speak to a supervisor, our system is still not working. On Thursday I called and spoke to Kim. She scheduled a technician to come out at 8am on Saturday and stated she would have a manager call me to discuss the ongoing problems. I never received a call from a manager. On Saturday morning, after no one showed at 8, I called Premier. The associate had a technician call me and informed me that I was not on schedule for Saturday and I would have to call premier back to schedule an appointment. When I called premier back and very clearly requested a manger call me back to discuss the issues we were having, she had the same technician call me back who again advised I have no appointment. Given that I have begged Premier on multiple occasions to please get my brand new system up and running and have repeatedly asked to speak to a manager at Premier with not a single phone call to date, I paid $300 to have a different company look at my system. The hope is that a different company can get the new system operating properly without multiple service calls.

We built a new home, and used a cut-rate geothermal installer from North Georgia. Suffice it to say that after over a year of non-responsiveness and inept attempts at repair, Bosch Corporate recommended that we call Premier and dump the other guys. We did, and all our problems were solved almost immediately. They went through our system, programmed it correctly, fixed about a dozen setup errors, and installed a small, high quality, but inexpensive dehumidifier, and our indoor conditions are now perfect. Eddie is phenomenal. You can't go wrong with Premier.

The Premiere team works hard and fast. Afterwards, they clean up too. Also they are willing to answer any questions that you may have while trying to meet the project deadline. Their on-going service of their products i.e. furnace, air-conditioner, and thermostat is excellent. The Roberson family on Helen Lane in Atlanta, GA recommends them highly.

They are very committed to the customer, and want him to be fully satisfied. If they aren't sure how to address something, they will take the time to call for help rather than to suggest it can't be done. My only disappointment was with their installers, who did an incomplete job at best. But their service and commitment to your complete satisfaction is absolutely wonderful. It is a pleasure doing business with them.

What has impressed me most is the personal touch. There is a Technician who is asigned to my geographice area. He does a great job communicating prior to arrival and while he is on the job. He's candid about what services should be done, what provides the best value, and what things I can do for preventive purposes or to save money. He makes me feel as though we're getting an "extra touch" on the work being performed. In short, he has built up trust--so Premier is my first call when I have any issue, and I have also recommended them to friends.

Premier has excellent customer service and highly knowledgable technicians. Mike did an outstanding job on a recent service call for our furnace issue. Premier has also installed an a/c unit in the past for us. They are always very professional and they get the job done right. We had new AC & furnace units installed in our townhome. Additionally, we had zoning done in order to better regulate temperature on all three levels of the house. Needless to say, it was a big job (they were here for 2 days straight.) Initially I thought they did a fantastic job. Unfortunately over time we had many issues with the AC/furnace. They would send out technicians who couldn't fix the problem and finally it reached the point where we had to specifically ask supervisors to come out. Not the best experience overall.

I have used Premier to service my central heating and air system since purchasing my home 2 years ago. Thanks to Duane and the installers the only painful issue was coughing up the funds. I will admit there was a uncomfortable moment with the repairman regarding the original unit. However, Duane soothed it over and it was smooth sailing from there. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the old unit, unlike the other 4 companies that visted. He suggested the unit(s) needed for my home and my lifestyle and comfort. The entire ordering appt took about 1 hour. Within 36 hours I had a/c but almost needed heat (early May). Thanks to Kelly at Costco - Premier hit a home run! The staff even performs the paperwork for rebates from the power co. and manufacturer.

Purchasing two new heating & air units for our home was simple from start to finish with Premier. It is refreshing to deal with a company that explains all processes beforehand & graciously answers any questions along the way. From Danny's informative consultation to Jason & Bruce's professional installation, the service we have received has been impeccable! It has been a pleasure dealing with Premier.
