We needed to replace our 14 year old A/C system due to a freon leak. We called Stuart Pro to get an estimate on replacing the unit. Nathan on the sales staff did an excellent job. He took the time to really look the house over to make sure he was recommending the right system. He was very patient and answered all my questions especially when I was comparing quotes from competitors. We decided to go with Stuart to replace this system and also to add zoning into the house. Mark and Jerry came out the day of the install promptly and on time. They did a very professional job and were very thorough and professional. They cleaned up well after they finished. The whole job took them most of the day but the results were amazing once they were done. The house has never felt so good. We can even set our thermostats higher than we did before and still be comfortable.

Our 15 year old system finally kicked the bucket. I had 2 of their employees come out last year for service and minor repai and this year it finally failed. We saw 5 different techs(in teams) over a 4 or 5 day period. The salesman, Robert Westmoreland, was very informative and their technicians were stellar. Each of them talked about the company as if they were proud to work there. They have a lifetime customer with me as every single employee made us feel very comfortable and they did their jobs with little impact to our house and lives. They cleaned up better than everything looked before they got there. I really was pleased with the installation, sales process and everything. If I had to spend the money, it was great to feel appreciated and calmed by an amazing group of employees.

From scheduling appointments all the way through the service, their team of professionals are truly top notch. The technicians arrive on time, discuss and address any issues on my level and in plain "terms", and never act like they're "just doing their job." I have been a customer of Stuart ProAir for approximately 7 years and have recommended them to all of my friends and neighbors.

A few weeks ago (during one of the hottest weeks on record) my A/C went out. I called Stuart ProAir, and was greeted by a friendly knowledgeable person that scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed issue, discussed with me, and had my A/C repaired and my house cool in a short amount of time. I have been a customer of Stuart ProAir for over 10 years and have recommended them to all of my friends and neighbors. If you have problems or just need your A/C serviced Stuart ProAir is the company to call.

I'm not much of a person to write reviews, but I felt inclined to provide feedback here. I purchased a new home and Stuart Mechnical did the HVAC work. From day 1, I experienced problems with my unit. For 5 years (until the system became out of warranty) I had Stuart out to work on the system. Often multiple times a year. The only reason I kept having them come back was because they were the original installers. Finally after 5 years, I believe we have it fixed, right after the warranty was up and the bill to repair was very high. I would not recommend using this company. I don't think they have the experience to properly diagnose and repair HVAC problems. Beware. There are other HVAC companies out there that can be trusted.

You never know how good/bad a company is until an emergency arises. My upstair unit went out in May. I contacted the emergency line and was told this wasn't an emergency because I have 2 units. This is when my nightmares started w/ this company. As of right now (September) this company has caused damage to my ceiling and a mattress due to a burned drain pan which took over a week for this company to replace/install. The customer service that I have experienced is the worst ever. The only reason I am still in contact with this company is to get my ceiling/mattress replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone that may one day experience problems with their air/heating units.
