North American Tree Service

Even though my sweetgum is now history, I will say that I did receive a phone call and was offered a way to make amends. I took advantage of having my tree stumps removed at a discounted rate, which I do appreciate. I am willing to give them a second chance. Everyone deserves a second chance.

Things could not have gone any smoother: work was done exactly as planned on timevery reasonable rateno problems at allgood clean upno collateral damages (they took all necessary precautions to ensure no damage).. workers were cordial and adhered to safety precautionsfully insuredetc.etc. Nothing but good to say about this company doing this very large oak tree removal jobI will definitely call on NA Tree again for my future tree service needs. We have used North American Tree in Loganville approximately 3 times in last 7 years and are very happy with their Service. They work very quickly and do a thorough job! They are always professional, on time and very friendly. They provide a written/typed estimate which includes Evidence of Insurance in their portfolio and we highly recommend this company!!

We had a huge pine tree, in the midst of other pines and ornamentals, that had been struck by lightening. We read the reviews on Kuzdu.com and called a couple of other highly rated companies plus North American. No one bothered to return our call except North American. Jason, the sales rep, came for the appointment exactly on time. He and his truck were immaculate. He was very polite and knowledgeable, and his quote seemed very fair. Our decision was to go with North American, and on the day of the work, the guys showed up on time with all of the proper equipment. They were polite and appeared to know exactly what they were doing. Watching them work was fascinating, and when they were finished they cleaned up every bit of debris. We were extremely pleased with their work and this company. Highly reccommend!

This is our second experience using them. This time we actually tried to use a local company in Avondale, but they didn't return our calls. North American came the same day we called, provided a detailed quote, and insurance cert. The work was done on time, professionally (you couldn't tell they had been there) and the prices were fair.
