We needed the pressure reducer valve replaced in our house. I called Atlantis at 8:00 this morning and Tim & Josh arrived at noon. The job was done very professionally, quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely call them if I need plumbing help in the future.

Shelby came out to my home to look at my 10 year old water heater and a sink faucet that was leaking. He was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Although I did not replace my water heater today, I will make sure to call Shelby when it comes time. Thanks again for providing wonderful customer service!

We had some external issues with a filter and Tim Robinson from Atlantis Plumbing in Marietta was able to get it taken care of quick and easy. He took a major problem and found a solution that would keep us going until we could get the funds together to fix the problem entirely. It was much appreciated.

Atlantis Plumbing has earned another customer! My wife and I were very impressed with every aspect of our experience with Atlantis. Our water heater was diagnosed with a leak by 3 different plumbing companies. Atlantis was the only one that earned five stars on timeliness, quality customer service, quality product and pricing, cleanliness, and professionalism. Cy the Plumbing Guy as our service man likes to be called, was on-time for both the initial assessment of the water heater as well as the final repair. He was very patient and professional. He addressed all of our concerns and answered all of our questions with clarity. The itemized quote that was provided reflected the exact work that was performed for the exact price. No surprise add-ons or surcharges! Cy showed up on-time and completed the work very efficiently, leaving no sign that he was ever at your home. Atlantis has found a new customer for as long as we're within their service area. We highly recommend Atlantis to anyone that find themselves in need of plumbing service, especially for a replacement water heater. Thank you Cy and Atlantis!

Back in 2012, Shelby repaired a major problem in our basement. It involved the removal of concrete to change the fall on our home's drain lines. When we incurred some minor plumbing issues recently, I did not hesitate to contact Atlantis Plumbing (requesting Shelby). He was on-time and quickly (and efficiently) resolved all our plumbing issues. Great job!

I had a great experience with this company! I have an older home that is always in need of repairs! Shelby fixed a leak in my toilet and repaired dripping faucet in the bathtub. Because the materials he needed were outdated, he had to purchase special parts. He was professional, polite, and quickly got the job done.He was able to give me a very competitive price. I also appreciated the courtesy call stating that he was on his way to my home. Atlantis Plumbing is definitely on my "go to" list of professionals!

When I suspected our water main was leaking, we were stressed out. Cost is obviously a concern, but at the same time we are willing to pay for quality work that's done right the first time. In the past I have worked in a job that involved going to homes and performing estimates and repairs, so I have pretty high expectations of service companies. Bryan and Cody exceeded those expectations from the very start. They called before coming and were on time, and their professionalism gave us confidence both in their abilities and Atlantis as a company. Bryan and Cody took the time to think through different options for repair and find the best ones for us. They even identified a secondary problem that was a flood waiting to happen, and they added that to our estimate. They answered all our questions and explained what would be involved in the work. The estimate was for a flat-rate job, and that gave us a lot of peace of mind. Atlantis' second visit was just as much a pleasure as the first one. Do you know how you can tell when you are watching professionals work? When they make it look easy! These guys made it look like a snap. My wife and I couldn't be happier. Atlantis and their representatives, Cody and Bryan, took a major problem and source of stress and made it go away, all at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use Atlantis again, and I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing help. Thank you Atlantis!

Big name plumbers wanted twice as much as Atlantis for replacing our pipes. I'm glad I kept the magnet from the phone book with the number for Atlantis (770-528-5900). Jackie and Barry came for the estimate and impressed us with knowledge and caring. We hired them right away and did not regret the decision. We even used them soon after for a different job. I didn't mind paying them!

Shelby did a great job installing my gas dryer and repairing my leaky faucet. He was able to get both jobs done quickly and efficiently and with as little headache as possible. I would definitely recommend Atlantis again.

Tim & Cory fixed our leak at a fair price and explained everything. They also made sure of the extent of the damage to determine whether we needed to file a claim with our home owner's insurance. We will use them in the future to replace some polybutelene.

I had called our big local well known Hvac/Plumbing company, who we have been doing business with for almost 9 years and under a service/maintenance contract. I guess I expected to at least get some priority with a leak in a pipe in our basement. Sure we can be out in 6 days at 8am. What? I have water leaking in my basement, sorry very busy and we have one plumber out sick.Well Mr. Owner of that company, I guess your employees haven't listened to you on the recording I just listened to when I called.Your Plumbing side sure doesn't match the quality of your HVAC side.Maybe I am wrong but I would have called another company for my customer instead of just saying sorry, knowing the customer was going to call someone else. Now that would have been customer service. So, back to Kudzu.com. I called Atlantis Plumbing, because they had all great reviews and also close by. First person answered phone was polite and asked me questions about the situation. Said they could be out same day,but would be a few hours, understandable it was about 3pm. I set up for first thing next morning. Got a call at 801am next morning and advised eta, John showed up right on time. Checked out our situation, gave me an estimate, turned off water to stop leak, went got parts needed to repair, got the job done and was very professional and very polite. I would definitely use them again. Bill Jones Marietta, Ga 30062

Tim R. and his son were punctual. They told me what the problem was with work another plumber had done(that "plumber" couldn't even find the cut-off valve), and they fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Atlantis Plumbing is friendly and they do a very good job. If I have another plumbing problem, I will call them. Very pleased with their service.
