I had a great experience and great service. No complaints and got my car back very quickly (they were in contact all day letting me know when it may be ready!!). I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I would recommend them to any and everyone who is looking for car repair. Thank you Brent for being so kind and helpful! Mr. Pryor was very courteous and professional. I initially spoke with hime before I spoke with my insurance company. It was because of the service he rendered on that day, by taking the time to answer my questions without even knowing whether or not I would be a customer, that I knew I would bring my car to Jim Ellis Collision for repair. There were a couple of things out of place, lug nut covers and setting of lights, when I was told that my car was ready for pick up. Mr. Pryor quickly addressed and had those things taken care of on the same day. Kudos! He is outstanding.--Kimberley Savage"

This is my fourth time having a car repaired by Jim Ellis Collision, and while no one should ever have to be in the body shop that much, I always HIGHLY recommend your collision center. You do a fabulous job and while sometimes take a while, it is WELL worth it. I have never seen any compromise in the work done and you always work with the insurance company to make sure what needs to be done gets done. Kudos also to keeping me so well informed as to how the work was progressing on this particular visit. That's always been my only complaint in the past, but hearing from Kelly on a regular basis was fantastic. Good to know my baby was so well taken care of. Thanks again!

I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received at Jim Ellis. Working in Alpharetta and living in Atlanta, my schedule is very busy. Brent and the staff created a seamless process for me that fit into my crazy work week, including the added bonus of getting my car serviced while it was in the shop. Brent set clear expectations about the turnaround time and process, and he followed up with me through out the week so I was always in the loop on how the repairs were progressing. He also managed the 3rd party insurance agency covering the expenses so I did not have to. The car was actually delivered a day ahead of schedule.

They do an excellent job on VWs and can work with the Jim Ellis Dealership to get hard-to-find OEM body parts. They provide a lifetime warranty on their work. They are a little expensive if you pay out-of-pocket, but it might be worth the extra to get it done right.

I had my Nissan repaired here for ca. $1700 recently, and I felt like they were really looking out for me - the insurance company wanted to put a used replacement part on my brand-new (less than 4000 miles) car, but the professionals at Jim Ellis Collision would not tolerate this and helped me convince them to do the right thing and do the repair with a factory part. Michael was an extremely well-informed and helpful adviser, and he and Gabriel made sure my car got back to me in perfect condition.

When my 2005 Toyota Prius suffered a scratch on the bottom panel, I immediately scheduled my appointment with Jim Ellis Collision Center. Let's face it - they are experts. Even though I am sure all the repair guys are great, we were lucky to get Michael Antonovich. He kept in constant contact with us as to what phase Jim Ellis was with the repair and THE CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW. Even though the car is a hybrid, they had no trouble in fixing it. They even said they had a man on staff that had worked with hybrid vehicles. For those customers who complain that the collision department may be a little slow, please thank your insurance companies. If it weren't for professional collision centers, consumers would be taken for "a ride" each and every time we went to get our car repaired. From my insurance agent, I received an initial check for $650. The final repair cost $3000. Without the help of professionals who make insurance companies replace damaged parts with NEW parts, who knows what kind of repair I would have come away with? We as consumers do not have it in our DNA make up to have to fight with insurance companies to get the true repair dollar value when we go in to have our cars fixed. I thank Jim Ellis for being there to represent me, to fix my car but mostly for being one of the most courteous staffs I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

My mazda is almost 7 years old and I am still taking it to Jim Ellis. While I bought it in another state, I have been taking it here since I brought it to Atlanta. For the most part, they do very good service. Just be careful, I started to get some service call survey's after I went, but just told them I had already answered the they backed off. Otherwise, the service is good and I feel they are very honest with me.

I had a minor fender bender the other day and was refered to Jim Ellis Collision in Marietta, off Cobb Pkwy. I went and talked to Robby, who was very helpful. He gave me several options in order to take care of the paint on my bumper. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a VW!

We took our car to the Jim Ellis Collision Center hoping that we woudl have the same high quality service we received from the dealership. We were mistaken. We had to go back at least once per month for over a year to have them fix items that were not done correctly, broke, etc. After the fact we had several employees of the dealership tell us that they would never recomend their body shop.
