If you are looking for an intellegent and compassionate Dr who really wants you to be able to start a family, then you need to look no further. Dr. Monica Best is a perfect example of what a Dr. should be. Her bed side manner is the Best in the Biz! Coming from another practice in Atlanta where we were shocked at the lack of compassion and thoughfulness, she restored our faith and are helping us to try to achieve our dreams of a family! The Marietta staff is all incredible. Julie, Betsy and Amanda have the kindest ways of going the extra mile to make you comfortable and cared for. I promise they are the BEST!!!

Dr. Best and the entire staff at the Marietta office are great! Over the last five years, I have been to several fertility clinics and RBA is head and shoulders above rest. Dr. Best is very knowledgeable, skilled, honest and caring. I highly recommend the her!

After having a terrible experience at another local clinic, I did quite a bit of research before moving to RBA, and I have not been disappointed. The staff is friendly and upbeat, and they actually seem to enjoy being at work. I always get quick and thorough answers to questions, and they listen and take my unique situation into account before responding. And I don't think we could have found a better doctor - patient, thorough, compassionate, and encouraging. RBA has been wonderful - I highly recommend them.

I'm an out of state carrier, but the staff has always been great about answering any questions I have. I don't know about their infertility area, but they were great for me and made the process so wonderful that I'm coming back for a sibling.

It took me five cycles to finally get pregnant. I used every doctor at RBA for egg retrievals and embryo transfers. Every doctor that I encountered treated my husband and I with extreme respect and concern. The nurses and the ladies who ran the front desk were all fantastic. They also treated my husband and I with much respect and did their jobs expertly. I would most definitely recommend RBA.

I cannot sing Dr. Mitchell-Leef's praises loudly enough. She is quite simply a pioneer in this field, and her reputation among physicians is one of being a renowned expert. That she certainly is. During my time as her patient, she diagnosed and/or brought new light to multiple issues that impacted our fertility, including endometriosis, autoimmune disease, and a genetic blood-clotting disorder. She thoughtfully, carefully, and wisely treated each one, including performing surgery, using cutting-edge medication treatments, and treating each cycle with precision and full attention. Throughout our journey, she was a combination of direct, honest, curious, hopeful, and patient. No matter what obstacle my body presented, she developed new plans and new approaches. I have no doubt that it is because of her care and the true dedication and top-notch training of her staff that we achieved two successful pregnancies and now have two healthy, happy children. Not a day passes that we don't feel true gratitude for Dr. Mitchell-Leef and RBA. We continue to keep in touch with our team there and love sharing updates and photos as our children grow. I never hesitate to refer friends to Dr. Mitchell-Leef and have, numerous times, recommended that women get second opinions with

I agree with the other reviewers that this place is just profit driven and what drpdp96 said about Dr. Shapiro. You have to go through his nurse for everything and if you want to ask a question about your care, you have to schedule a consult (which equals more money for them). They don't seem concerned about you as a patient and all they care about is getting your deposit and your money. When Dr. Shapiro canceled my cycle, I never received a phone call from him...I asked about changing protocols and was told that I needed to schedule a consult. Really?? For such bad news, the doctor can't even find 5 minutes out of his day to call his patient? The financial office is incompetent and can't seem to do anything right except ask for money. Go to another clinic where the doctors actually care about you and will call you with bad news...and where you can actually email with the doctor to coordinate your care without having to schedule a consult!

I interviewed a few doctors to take care of my infertility..there is no other place that stands up to RBA! They have been treating me for 4 years and I have an amazing little baby boy because of them! Dr. Daniel Shapiro is my angel! I trust him and his staff and they are always so attentive to your needs, fears and desires. This is one of the hardest things anyone could go through and I would never want to be anywhere else. I have sent a lot of people there I know who have been struggling for years with infertility and RBA has the special something you cannot get elsewhere. I highly recommend them!!!!!!!!

Avoid Dr. Shapiro!!! Very unprofessional, inconsiderate and absent bedside manners. Gets his nurse to give results, even if they are bad. Poor guide through the process with an arrogant attitude. Boasts his knowledge rather than helping you understand what the issue is and what is next step. This is a delicate matter and I highly recommend finding another physician. In addition, the financial services have no clue what is going on.

So blessed to have found Dorothy and her team. It was a very emotional time, but the entire team there supported me through our ourney. Thankfully, we have three beautiful RBA children to show from it. Dr. Dorothy is so smart and will figure out your issues to help you get your family. I thank God for her everyday.

I got the feeling they had too many patients and not enough time for each patient. I had to call and ask for results for each test. The nurse was never available and there was always more I had to do, which proved to be absolutely useless: like mammogram, contracts, psychological evaluations, etc. My IVF was cancelled due to poor response-no discussions of medication change, other protocols, etc. They were so persistent on egg donation, which is over $25,000. Save your money. We are going to the Czech Republic http://www.reprofit.cz/en The whole procedure for an egg donation there costs $6000+ travel and all they need are basic tests. IVF will cost you around $3000 and is one of the best places in Europe.

The doctors are more concerned about how much money they are making! My OB no longer refers to this practice. Dr. Slayden pretty much told us our OB didn't know how to do IUI's properly... We did an HSG only for him to tell us one minute the test probably wasn't accurate and wanted to do further testing. We let him know from the get-go we were paying out of pocket for all of our services... Every time we got a price quote it was different when we paid. The staff their even sent a claim into our insurance and we received a EOB for over $8000.

I recently delivered my second RBA baby thanks to Dr. Dorothy Mitchell-Leef and the RBA staff. Our RBA experience staff has been very positive even when we had some complications. Dr Mitchell and staff were positive, and the treatment was customized for the best possible outcome. We are thankful to Dr. Mitchell and RBA for our family.

So my dh and I have just completed bloodwork, semen analysis, and fem vue test and going in for treatment options soon to talk over with our doc, dr. straub. as one mentioned before, he does seem a bit detached and seems to want to rush through conversation so quickly. dr. slayden did my fem vue test. nice guy but wasn't quite sure if he was struggling with procedure or not.finally while performing the test, I guess he gives up and says, "well one of your tubes is open, which usually means the other is open too". I thought that was strange but I played along and said ok because I just wanted to leave. did I forget to mention the Johnson ferry office hardly ever answer the phone!!! all this money they are getting yet no one available. on my first visit they had me mixed up with another patient. ..sigh..we just want a baby. don't wanna be sucked dry of money nor do we wanna feel rushed when we have questions nor do we want to have to spend hours on end hoping someone will answer the phone nor do we want insensitive physicians. think we will wait to see how this next visit with dr. straub goes like so we can decide whether to stick with rba or move on. but I already really know the answer. honestly, I think a lot of these reviews are fake, but I can assure you, im sadly telling the truth.
