I just had my septic tank pumped by Skyline and just wanted to let everyone know the fantastic service they provided from the moment I called to schedule the appointment to the service guys who came... to my house. They were on time, didn't destroy my lawn, and so polite. The price is just right and they didn't try to sell me other services. They pumped the tank and inspected it.VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Needed a toilet installed and they came out the day I called. In, out, and done. Clean and easy and the nicest people you'll ever talk to.

We had an utterly bad experiance with another company, (see my review of Rooter Plus to see what happened)!!! When I was exhausted and drained, I called Skyline to help us out. When the tech showed up, he was honest and respectable. He even helped us fix some botched work from the other company for FREE. We spent a total of $300 with the other company when we fired them for asking for ANOTHER $460 to fix something apparently EXTREMELY easy to fix. Skyline charged us $195 to fix the remaining problem and told us that they don't upcharge for every little thing, explaining just how screwed we had been from Rooter Plus. Rooter Plus baited us with a really low price (it didn't stay low for long). The only complaint from Skyline is that when we called on Saturady morning originally, we got an answering service instead of an owner or tech. The lady couldn't answer our questions but said she would get someone to call back. That is why we didn't go with them in the first place. However, after Rooter Plus screwed us over we gave Skyline another call. I wish I had waited for that call back. ..... I will NEVER use another septic company again. The tech was so kind and honest, understood we were on a budget, and was fast and efficient. My husband was happy when he at the end of this experiance.

I had my septic pumped for the 1st time and was referred to Skyline by my neighbor. I called with questions and the receptionist was so kind, funny and knowledgable. She quoted me 2 prices depending on what size tank I had (I did not know) which prepared me. The guys came out at the exact time I was told they would be here. They found the tanks, dug them up without as much as 1 wasted shovel of dirt, pumped and refilled the holes all while answering every one of my million questions. The job was done in about 30 minutes and was not at all the hassle I have had friends complain about. I will definitely call them for any plumbing services I need and will recommend them to everyone.

We had a leak where the water line entered the house. Skyline came within one hour of placing the service call. Their price was extremely reasonable, the technician was polite and professional and resolved the problem quickly.

I had 2 misses with another company so I gave Skyline a call. They worked with me on a time frame. They were there on-time and did what they had to do. The only miscue was they asked for payment which I had already paid the day before by credit card. But I called the office and Debbie fixed it right up! Please use these folks. They are good.

Back during all the rain my septic system flooded out. I had no ideal what to do. Skyline came out and pumped my tank giving my system some relief. They recommended I move my gutter downspouts so that the water would not drain straight into my drainage field. So far that advise has saved me at least two thousand dollars. Thanks Guys!

We have used Skyline Plumbing for many different plumbing issues, to include septic tank pumping. They are always on Time, very reasonably priced and do a professional job. They replaced bad cast iron piping in a home with a finished basement. They came prepared to cover all areas and cleaned up when finished, which was a dirty job. We have always been pleased with their work. I have had them to pump a septic tank and that wasn;t the problem, but roots in the pipes. I don't have to follow up. They do what I would expect to be done to correct the problem. The receptionist, Debbie, is very knowledgible and helpful when calling in a repair. We are pleased with the over all service that we recieve from the whole company. Dave & Diane Holmes Re/Max Greater Atlanta

They responded quickly, but I was having a problem with the lift pump for my septic and the 2 gentlemen with the septic pumping truck, showed up used my tools to remove the lid to the liquid tank which I uncovered and diagnosed a bad wire to the pump. The said they don't do the repairs and I had to fix it myself. And I paid $75.00 for a service call and received NO Service at all.

Upon arrival to this job, Skyline's licensed septic technicians diagnosed the problem to be a faulty wire going to the effluent pump. Skyline is not licensed to do electrical work, but the technician is familiar with electrical work and tried to share with the customer how to fix the electrical problem himself if he wanted to save some money and not call an electrician. Skyline always tries to satisfy our customers 100% and we regret that this customer saw no value in our diagnosis of the electrical problem.
My job was simple, replace parts in a faucet and shower. Skyline was simply awesome, after being stood up by my last attempt at a plumber, Skyline was on time, pleasant and did the job wonderfully. Will certainly use them again.
