Worst Service in Town dont call them.
I called Atlantis plumbing to repair my American Standard toilet. They told me they were no available parts to fix them so I should replace the entire toilet, even though it was a specially ordered Victorian style installed only 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me $1,500 to replace the toilet. He charged me just to come out and tell me he wanted to scam me into replacing a new and perfectly fine toilet. I went online, found and ordered the parts to fix it immediately after talking to the fraudulent repairman. They cost $42. My handyman installed the parts and charged me $142. I think that because I am a woman they thought they could scam me out of money. I would NEVER use them again and I warn all women to stay far far away from these people. UPDATE: The company refunded me the $69 they charged to tell me they would not fix my American Standard toilet unless I found my own parts or waited 6 weeks until parts came from Mexico. Strange, since my regular handyman who had returned from vacation fixed it with American Standard parts the very next day. The best way to let you know what it will be like to deal with this company and disagree with their business practice to to post the email the President Michael sent me: as per our conversation via telephone yesterday, Atlantis plumbing has refunded the agreed upon diagnostic charge to your tenant.

"Specially ordered Victorian style" toilet parts are not that common. We called the wholesaler and ordered the part. The only way at that moment we knew to get the toilet fixed immediately was to go buy another super expensive toilet. There are over 1000 places to buy toilet parts in Atlanta and probably 1,000,000 on google. If American Standard was back ordered that does not mean that someone does not have it on the shelf somewhere else. There is no database of where a flapper and flush valve are being stored. We could have searched all day for the part. What more can I do than refund the money we charged for trying to fix the toilet, a service call and spending time trying to match the parts. Why is everyone so critical? If the part was common or in stock you would have had the toilet fixed on the spot. I'm sorry we could not repair your toilet in a timely manor and that the only way we knew how to get the exact toilet working that day was to replace it. A $1500 piece of porlein toilet in a rental house is too much for me. Mike Whitman, Atlantis Plumbing. Please contact me personally if you would like to chat mikewhitma@aol.com or please tell me how we could have handled the situation in your opinion.
