These guys did an unbelieveable job on our basement. They are by far the best service company I've ever dealt with. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were quick to respond, fair with their estimate and went above and beyond our expectations. They restored my faith in service companies.

Jason came out to my home to do an inspection. He was right on time and very thorough, explaining his findings and offering me a number of options. Would use their service again in the future.

I called FloodX to come into my house in Buford due to some water accumulation in the corner of my basement. Jason and his wife were there in less than 45 minutes. He pulled up the carpet, and found some mold due to the water!! He pulled the carpet, removed the padding and cleaned the mold. He then cleaned the carpet, and brought in a humidifier to absorb the moisture in the room. Jason and his wife helped me find the area were the water was coming into the house. They gave me a lot of tips on how to fix it. They are going to leave the dehumidifier in the house until Friday. He will then, replace the padding and put the carpet back in place.
They were amazing, fun, and extremely honest; I will definitely recommend them to any of my friends. Their price was fair and I was very pleased with their services. Thanks guys!! You are awesome.

I was impressed beyond belief! I asked Ridgeway Mechanical (a plumbing company I used and loved) for a referral after my plumbing repair was completed. I had one quote for $942 for restoration and thought it was high, so I wanted a second quote. FloodX came out within one hour. He did not see anything he felt he could charge me for, so he sprayed some commercial disinfectant, left some behind, and told him how I could quickly and easily clean it myself. Wonderful company, great integrity, and they saved me the $942 another company wanted to charge me. Fantastic!

FloodX is the best in the business. We have recommended them many times and they've never failed to deliver. Jason and his guys are professionals and leave the job clean and the customer impressed. We see a lot of these companies in our business and these guys are the best we have found. 1st class all the way!
