Unbelieveable
I have had Cunningham out to do work on my air conditioner 3 times. The first 2 were great, but the latest was unprecidented.
I came home around 2 pm on a Friday and could immediately tell that my A/C had stopped working. I called them immediately and to my suprise, they got someone out there that night. Not a 5 or even 6, he was there at 7 pm on a Friday night. We are so appreciative of the work they did and the fact that they came out within hours amid the worst August heat we have ever had.

High Quality and Professional Service
Cunningham Assoc. is a fantastic HVAC company. It is a small business that specializes in personalized service and maintenance. The owner, Bob, is always available to answer questions, and the service techs and installers are knowledgeable and friendly and they strive to make the customer glad they used Cunningham. I have been very happy with their work--they're on time, professional, and I recommend them highly.
