I called them for one job at my home and they gave me a good price. I had them come out and do the job. The plumber was knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. When I had another plumbing issue come up I called them again. They gave me a price that was way above any other plumber that I got a quote from. Needless to say I went with a different plumber that time.

Roswell Plumbing came to my house as my hot water heater was not working! These guys charged me $100 to light a pilot light on my water heater. This guy spent 5 minutes at my house and demanded that I pay $100 after he light the pilot light. It took me longer to write the check then how long he spent him to fix it. Lesson learned ! Hopefully you learn from my mistake !

So my poor 75 year old father almost soiled his britches when the plumber, who had been at our house for 30 minutes, and used about $20 worth of materials, told him it would be $235.00. They are WAY too expensive, and my dad still had to go out and purchase more parts to complete the job.

This company improperly sealed the toilet which then leaked and ruined our wood flooring. When I contacted the owner about the damage he accused me of trying to "shake him down" and refused to fix the damage or provide his commercial insurance information. This is not a company you can trust.

My 80 year old disabled father called them to look at his 5 year old hot water heater. They came and never said anything about a charge to give an estimate as their website promiss. They quoted $1300 to repair and when they told we wanted to get another estimate, they demanded $250 for a service call and would not leave until given a credit card. Disgusting. Home depot as half as much. Use someone else.

I was very pleased with Roswell Plumbing and their work and pricing was top notch. John came right out and he was neat, polite and well spoken! He knew what he was doing and went right at it. He got my commode working quickly and then put some parts in the back that made it flush better and shut-off. I then had him fix some other minor problems around my other bathroom. I felt the price was very fair and will use them again. I am an engineer and have been told I am hard to please. Roswell Plumbing did just that!

I needed a hot water recirculator installed and looked for a plumber on Angieslist.com. They were ranked high and close. I called and about an hour later they called back and were over soon after. John installed my hot water recirculator very quickly and efficiently with no mess. He was an expert plumber and made a job that would have taken me all day, as welding or soldering maybe was required, look easy. It pays to call a pro sometimes and this guy was. I cannot imagine why their reviews are less than 5 star on here and so high on Angieslist. I just got on here out of curiosity and suppose their competitors put those reviews. This was the best service call I ever had!I paid $250 minus a coupon from Angieslist and it was worth every penny as I know for sure it would have taken me all day figuring out where to cut the pipe, how to drain the tank without a mess, and buying a blow torch and solder. Plumbing calls for a pro when it is something more than installing a faucet for me. Thanks for reading!

Call to Roswell Plumbing to fix a leak from the bathtub. Paid $175.oo to change a gadsket which took less that 10 min. Bathtub was still leaking called again and Ray came over and after cutting 2 holes in my kitchen ceiling to find the leak he said it was an old crack in the tub.cost another $75.00. Had bathtub crack resealed, but it's still leaking. 3rd call to Roswell plumbing they said it's a new problem and it would cost another $175 for the service call. I don't think so, the problem was never diagnosed right the first time. I will never use this company again.

I called Roswell Woodstock Plumbing. They charged me almost $200.00 for a minor repair. Then when I called because I was still having the problem two days later (a gas leak), they refused to come out and check it. I ended up calling Atlanta Gas Light because it was a gas leak, and they made the repair again, and charged me $70.00. All in all I paid $270.00 and spent a ton of my personal time on a simple repair. Roswell Woodstock plumbing has refused to at least refund me the $70.00 I spent having the repair made again. Thier customer service STINKS and they are just looking for the next homeowner to take advantage of. I would never use them or recomend them.

Jon, the Service Manager, came to my home to repair my Maytag Washer. Unfortunately I had to call a Maytag repairman on his advice to replace the drain hose. He did fix a few other things that needed a plumber. He was a great serviceman and he waived the fee to drive to my home because of not being able to fix the washing machine. I will use him again for plumbing needs around my home.
