Thank you to Scott Hodge, Howard Moore and John Hazzard, who made a difficult project as easy as it could be. I had to replace the cast iron pipes under the foundation of my house and across my front yard. They (and their crew) were very professional, courteous, and helpful in finding workable solutions when even more unexpected problems arose. Thank you!

Great working with them on my insulation. Much cheaper than anyone else. They put a lot of pride in their work. Dont waste your time with anyone else. Love the billboards too.

The installation of our new Heating and air conditioning system was handled promptly, efficiently, and very courteously by Michael Elery and his crew, Marcus and Brian. All three team members were clean, competent and helpful. Any questions we had were clearly and fully explained. The appearance of the system including ductwork was immaculate, and Michael's explanation for the programming of the thermostat, was simple and clear. We rate the installation 5 stars, from beginning to end. I will happily recommend Estes to anyone I know who is considering a new HVAC system.

I have the exact part number that needs to be replaced but they refuse to tell me how much they would charge to replace it without a service call. I refuse to do business with a company with a policy like this. It is obvious they are looking to upsell. Very disappointing policy from a company that seems to be well-rated.
