I have been using company for several years. They have repaired a seal on shower drain twice that leaked through downstairs ceiling and other plumbing repairs. The leak happened again and called to discuss getting a repairman but wanted to check warranty. The representative told me that she has no record of the repair, only the service call and notes stating that we would repair ourselves. After several minutes of discussing if it would beneficial for me to pull my records, I realized I was getting nowhere. I told the representative that I will no longer be using company and she said, "Thanks, that is awesome!"

We recently had our water bill double and knew something was up. I called Serv'All and they came out quickly and determined the problem was from our meter to the house in the blue poly pipe. They came out as soon as the city marked the lines and changed out the pipe. They were super professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! It is hard to find people that you trust in this business but couldn't have asked for better service!!

Did 2 jobs for us. Replaced washing machine hose. This was done OK. Price was average. Got taken to the cleaners on the 2nd job...replacing spout on kitchen sink. Charged approx. $135. to unscrew spout that leaked on & off, & replace with new one we had. Didn't even have to look under sink. They need to take another look at their price list and not overcharge....bad business.

I got charged $800.00 for fixing a hairline leak in my kitchen installing a toilet and pedestal sink, and replacing 3 nipples for my heaters. The price still shocks me. But what really upset me is when the heating guy came to install my heaters I was told that there is a leak in one of the nipples an the plumber is responsible to make sure there's no leaks an do a pressure check. Tim was contacted and has refused to take responsibility for this problem and I'm stuck with no heat, and now have to pay another plumber to fix it. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Tim suggested I gut my lakehouse when all I wanted was a quote to replace old pipes during limited remodel (I have forgiven him - it will be beautiful.) David, Mark and Allen not only cut my slab floor in two (cover your HVAC ducts before you try this) to replumb but kept me entertained. Only compliments from inspector were on their work. Tim is particularly cute when mad in case you get the opportunity to light his fuse. Trallis knows as much if not more than they do and is always there to answer your questions.

Not only was their price fair, but the people were so nice. David came out to give me an estimate and he was excellent. When he couldn't do the work b/c of a personal emergency, I was a bit nervous. The job was complicated b/c it involved both gas and water lines, too add the house is over 30 years old. Allen took David's place and I can't imagine David doing a job any better than Allen. Allen was not only a joy to talk with, but he knows "plumbing". He completed the job with superb workmanship and timeliness, and I learned a lot just chatting with him while he worked. When he recommended I get some preventive maintenance work done, I scheduled it without hesitation. I trust these guys. Tim was great too; he promptly scheduled someone to take over David's spot when he was absent. David was great during the estimate process and Allen is a hoot, very funny, yet gets the job done "right". I will always call on these guys when I need plumbing work done.
