Chris and Alex showed up on time and ready to get the job done. They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. I will definitely use them again (and again and again!) and will recommend them to my friends. Five stars, all the way around!

This was my first time using Fresh Start and was obviously a little anxious about how it would work out, but I was very pleased throughout the process. In addition to 'Owner-Operator' I would add the words dependable, very knowledgable, thorough and does what he says he (owner Chris) will do. I especially appreciated the obvious pride he took in his work and his interst in keeping up with the latest technology to stay competitive - I will choose Fresh Start over the other " steam carpet " nationally advertised guys every time. I've used Fresh Start's oriental rug cleaning service several times now. Superior in all respect - especially with pet odor removal of my oriental rugs. Very professional as well.

I had my carpet cleaned a few weeks ago and just wanted to let everyone know what an excellent job this company did for me. They were on time and very professional. The men were in uniform and had ID badges. My carpet looks clean again. I highly recommend this service.

A friend of mine suggested I use Kudzu.com to locate my next carpet cleaner. After calling a few companies, I thought I'd give the guys at Fresh Start a try. It was nice knowing that the same person, Chris, who answered my call and spoke with me was going to be the same individual coming out to do the service. As advertised, he was knowledgeable, kind, professional and thorough. A good all around experience. I would use them again, as well as recommend Kudzu.com as a source for finding a quality firm.
