Don Smallwood and the team at Home Improvement Resources did a great job! From the initial consultaion, quotes, scheduling and installation .. everything went as planned. I would highly recommend them and would most definately use them again. The products they use were of high quality and their installer, Randy, was a PRO. GREAT JOB GUYS !!! Pricing may not be the cheapest but it was competitive and is a reflection of how good their work was....

Overall, our experience with RB was excellent. We had sash replacements installed for 27 windows, including two large fixed windows for bays. We had the outside brick and nose molding replaced on all windows along with sills for seven of the windows. We also had some other carpentry work done. Two crews led by Randy and Roger did a great job. They were very friendly along with being very considerate of our house (did not track mud and dirt in). If we asked about something, they immediately addressed it or made sure we were happy (only needed to do this a few times). Based on other blogs from folks who talked about horror stories involving window replacements, Randy and Roger provided the opposite experience. Behind the scenes, Tony worked with us regarding scheduling and Chris K. was very patient with us as we explored many different windows for quotes. Lastly, their bid was very competitive. To be frank, I originally didn't even thing about contacting Robert Bowden until a family member happen to put a bug in my ear about his excellent experience with them for other work. I had nothing to lose by talking to them. I would recommend that you at least talk to them about any of your home improvements.

I hired them to replace a door for me that had been leaking terribly under the sill because of rot and some bad planning on the builder's part. I had several people come out to give me a quote and they were the best price with the best service by far. I had to chase after the others to get an estimate, but these guys called me soon after the home visit, explained everything in detail, and were very pleasant when I had to reduce my order from 2 doors to 1 because of another home improvement project. The installer was very polite and the door no longer leaks! I definitely plan to use them again.

I had 2 windows that were cloudy because of a broken seal. They did a nice good of replacing them and cleaning up afterwards. It was a bit crazy sometimes with the phone tagging going on but it all got done in the end

We recently had windows installed in our 1927 home. We had to replace the original remaining windows. Ian Dow was our salesman; Randy & Roger were the installers. We received the best service and professionalis with quality products and they were all an absolute delight to work with. We would highly recommend this company for any of your homes needs.
