*_*_* NOT A FIRST-CLASS PET VISIT *_*_*
TIME-CONSUMING DROP OFF and PICK UP. The Clients SCHEDULE is NOT KEPT OR MET. Staff hesitates to answer direct costs and service questions. NO hospital or service FEE SCHEDULE is AVAILABLE TO THE CONSUMER. As noteworthy, the setting is FILTHY, i.e. urine in the lobby and the vet rooms. Our pet was shaved nearly down to her skin, with a few minor visible cuts to the skin, on the back of her neck and underside. She has been very unhappy, for days, since her visit. Her disposition was extreamily cheerful, but not any longer, as she was traumatized. We do not specifically know what transpired while she was there; obviously, NOT A FIRST-CLASS PET VISIT.
