3rd Generation Drywall and Painting

Finishing about 800 sq feet of basement. Called 3rd Generation based on the reviews here. Luke came over and gave me a fair quote. I called him 6 months later and gave him about 2 days lead time for my basement job. The drywall was stocked on Friday, hung on Monday, mudded on Tuesday, skimed on Wednesday, sanded and inspected on Thursday. Luke did amazing work on the drywall. His experience and pride in is work really showed in the final product. When the crew left for the day my basement was cleaner than when they arrived. 3rd Gen uses vacuum sanders, I was shocked at how little dust there was. After the job was completed, Luke offered to come back after I primed to fix any issues. I'm sure I won't be calling back, but it's peace of mind. I will use 3rd Gen to drywall the rest of my basement, no question about it. If you are finishing your basement, don't gamble on the drywall, call Luke.

Luke did a fantastic job of repairing my ceiling and wall. He made sure everything was perfect. Awesome customer service with professional workmanship.

I had been working on finishing my bonus room for 2 years and was getting heat from my wife. I called Luke based on the reviews and his crew was great.

Bottom Line: The job looks great, he finished the work while I was at my mother-in-laws for a weekend, did not want to be paid until I was 100% happy, stuck to his original quote, and cleaned up his dust.

What else could you ask for?

I had Luke hang my basement ceiling and touch up the walls. He did an excellent job and offered to come back to fix anything I found after priming and painting. I am pretty fussy about the work I pay for and they did a real good job. Luke is professional, timely, and reasonable. If you hire him feel confident you will get a top shelf job. I would use 3rd generation again - they deliver what they say they will !!!

I selected 3rd Generation Drywall based on the reviews and his location. I was glad I did! Luke and his team did an excellent job finishing out my laundry room-perfect drywall and paint job. He suggested painting the floor which finished out the room nicely. He even added some sparkle to the floor which was awesome! Its nice to work with such professionals. I would recommend him to anyone.
