Clay and his team are experts with what they do. They are my "go-to" guys now! They were on-time, did more than was asked, and left everything clean and neat.

We have had Gary, Clay, and their crews at our home for tree removal a number of times and Yellow Ribbon has always been exceptional. Not only is Clay a super nice, professional, stand-up guy, but all of his crew members are also. Clay does a great job managing the crews on-site, as well as the vehicles and equipment on the street so our neighbors can get by without any problems. The work is done quickly and professionally, and clean up has always been great. We HIGHLY recommend Yellow Ribbon!

Friendly however management was not at my home as they said they would be. The workers left before I looked at everything and no one told me they had finished, I saw them driving away. Management made no offer to walk my property with me when they arrived after the workers left.
What am I to do with the large wood pile I asked to be left on the other side of the fence? I also had to replace the position of several planters and chairs. The trees to be groomed were not groomed and do not look pretty.
Two of my neighbors signed to have work done by you and my immediate neighbor had work done the day you were at my house. Hope they are better serviced than I was. I also had to rack the grass because it was flattened in areas and remove some large wood chips from my yard.
I have received no follow up phone call or e-mail.
