Shame of Dunwoody, 12/29/2011

This is by far the worst oil change experience I have ever had. I called before visiting and was told they are available and when I went there I was told there are no slots and I need to come the... next day at 11am. I reached the next day at 10:45am and handed my key and was told it will be done in an hour and they told me to visit the mall by the time they are done. When I returned after an hour my car was untouched and nobody even bothered to inform me about the delay. When I reported this to the technician and the service manager Kelvin Fawaz, he instead shamelessly said he is not responsible for delay and does not care if nobody informed me about it. Kelvin said it was upto them when they want to work on any vehicle and does not matter if I had an appointment or was told the timeframe for an hour. When I asked for a manager, he said he was the one and there is nothing I can do about him. I really felt terrified and upset by this overall experience. There were two other customers who after hearing this walked out of the store. This place should be boycotted and the manager Kelvin Fawaz (i.e.DAMAGER) and his irresponsible and shameless staff should be fired for damaging the Goodyear brand. I would never ever step here even if its the last oil change shop in the city. It is disgusting that a brand like Macy's has a tie-up with such a store that has negative (not even zero)knowledge about customer service.

Worst in Town - Stay away, 2/21/2011

They "fixed" what didnt need to be fixed and didnt fix what was broken. They told me "oh, sorry that first part wasnt the problem, its actually this..." and shoved the part in my face. I said to put... back on old parts that should not have been replaced and fix the actual problem. They said they done have them anymore and that i would have to pay for it all. Pay for what was NOT broken!! What kind of a place is this.

Inflated estimates, bad attitudes

I have been to this Goodyear to have my oil changed. I was told that I needed thousands of dollars worth of additional work. I took it to another mechanic who completely disagreed and handled the minor repairs to my brakes at a fraction of the cost. In addition, I had a Half Off Depot Coupon for an oil change and thought it was good for a year (no pun intended). It actually expired three weeks but when I called to ask if they would still honor it or at least honor it at half price, I was very rudely told no. Ladies, beware of this Goodyear.

Good Job

Droped a car off to have 60,000 mile check up. They gave me a ride to my office! Said they called when it was done and did!!! Always a big plus for me. They also called me an hour half after I dropeed it off to let me know what their recomendation was. Reasonably priced - all things considered.

Good Service!

They took me to work and picked me up when my car was done. Additionally, I was quoted the wrong price for tires and they gave the tires to me for the quoted price. Gotta love it!
