Atlanta DogWatch Hidden Fence

Our Dog is now happy and safe. He sits on the front grass and watches the neighborhood, he is so happy. We had fixed our fence 5 times and he kept getting out,i was scared animal control was going to get him or worse a car. I heard so many people say that these fences dont work, well they hadn't tried HiddenFence. I am so so happy, should have done this 5 attempted fence fixes ago. Shannon was amazing with Bruno, and helped with all the training, he was pretty much trained after about 30 minutes.

My dog kept breaking my wooden fence to get out. After rebuilding my fence too many times, I checked a few services and searched Kudzu. Dog Watch provided a good deal, and great service. They were punctual, friendly and professional, explained the system, answered my questions, helped train me and my dog, and installed as planned. The system is great and service is great. No unpleasant surprises and my problem is solved. My dog stays in the back yard, leaves my fence alone, and now can enjoy the front yard with me too. My dog and I are both very happy customers. I recommend this company without any reservations.

I had accidentally cut my dogs electric fence with the edger. I called another company to repair it. That company came out and fixed the line, but the fence still did not work. Because they were not DogWatch they could not figure out why it would not work. I called DogWatch and the owner came out, repaired the fence and upgraded my dogs transmitter on her collar at no charge. I did a lot of research before going with Dog Watch and their customer service and product stood head and shoulders above the other companies I researched. I have learned my lesson and will only call DogWatch in the future.

Our 2 year old boxer/lab (Zoey) was able to find the "dead spot" in our electric (Invisible) fence. She escaped daily, despite the maximum setting. I kept calling the Invisible Fence company and they charged me everytime they came out and never could resolve the issue with Zoey. I was stressed out with worry that she would get hit. I found Dog Watch on the internet and gave them a call. What sold me was I could get credit ($) for my old system towards the new technology and there was a 100% guarantee! Ryan (technician) was professional, thorough and patient (all in the pouring rain). He re-trained Zoey, started training Bruno and answered all my follow up calls promptly. I am happy to say that Zoey and Bruno were contained within 1 week! I am a very happy dog owner!

We have a very bull headed shepherd/chow mix who was constantly getting out of our house. He just would not listen to any commands if he was running loose. I have a neighbor who purchased a hidden fence from Shannon and Brent and they couldn't say enough about them and their product. So we decided to purchase a fence too! Shannon and Brent have gone way above the call of duty to help me keep Trooper contained. Brent even came out personally to help train Trooper!! Awesome company !!!
