Just had 800 square feet of hardwood flooring installed in my house and I couldn't be more pleased. They were prompt, professional and polite and I would recommend them to friends and would use them again myself.

I really couldn't have been happier. Bruno's team was responsive, easy to communicate with, and able to accomodate shifting needs on the spot. The price beat any other quotes I received, and the floors look fantastic. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Bertolli Floors refinished 700 square feet of existing floors and installed/finished 900 square feet of new hardwood flooring. It is impossible to tell the difference between the old and the new. The job was in a 3 story townhome with engineered floor on the ground level and hardwood on the 3rd. All the carpeting was removed except a back stairway where it was replaced. Bertolli was professional, neat and showed up as scheduled. No scuffs or scratches on any walls, even with all the material that had to be moved up and down the stairs. The work was completed in a week and is now ready for move-in. Everything was done as promised. The job was flawless and I would definitely recommend them.

Our fridge leaked in our kitchen and Bruno and team came out and did an incredible job matching the wood and refinishing. They were reasonably priced and didn't add extra costs that others quoted bringing their prices up. Easy to work with and quick but a great job.

My husband and I decided to change the carpets in our upstairs to hardwood floor befure the arrival of our first baby. We asked friends for recommendations, and Bertolli Floors was recommended by a close trusted friend. We had them quote the project, and they were very reasonably priced. They explained the entire process to us, so that we felt informed and understood how things would go. All their installers, finishers, and furniture movers were kind and personable, and took great care with our home. We even had a door that had to be removed, and when rehung, it did not close well. Bruno, the owner, had someone come and fix it within a day. He is always kind and was very quick to respond to all my emails and phone calls with questions. Also, all the workers reminded us that i should not be present during finishing, due to my pregnancy, and they explained for how long i should be out of the house. Also, the end result was absolutely beautiful I could not have asked for a more beautiful foor! They showed great care for us and our home, and we plan on using them again for our downstairs refinish, as well as the install of hardwoods on our stairs. Choosing Bertolli Floors was a great decision.
