After taking my dog to Dr. Saacks at the Animal Medical Clinic (4738 Magazine Street)--I was and am, on the contrary, utterly elated, relieved, and satisfied with the services provided at Magazine Street Animal Clinic. Upon entering the clinic, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING about the experience was wonderful. AND their prices are reasonable. THANK YOU!!

The Drs. Scott and Teresa Gernon, and staff at Magazine Street Animal Clinic have always provided great care for our animals and us. When our beloved dog, and then cat became very ill, the care and concern was tremendous. We were able to call at any time for advice. When euthanasia was necessary it was done in such a compassionate way. We now have a kitten and two older cats - all receive wonderful care. They even make house calls!

My husband and I are pretty careful with our dog and treat her practically like our child, so we're really careful when it comes to picking a vet. She's also a little clumsy and tends to have frequent issues like is alergic to bee stings but loves to chase bees, and often gets pink eye after swimming. This clinic came highly recommended to us when we moved here but we still checked it and others out. It's been wonderful about fitting us in when she's had issues come up, the staff is extremely friendly, and the vets service has been wonderful!

I moved to La a year ago, and had taken my dog to a vet in slidell about 3 months after moving down here to find out my 3 year old rottweiler had a flea allergy. Diesel did not like the vet and had to be sedated in order to even be looked at. I talked to theresa while picking up her daughter at school and decided to bring diesel to magazine vet clinic, and he loved going there. He has grown back 75 percent of his hair in just 3 weeks of treatment from dr. Gernon. I would reccomend this drive to anyone... they are great at what they do!
