I have been taking my vehicle to Accurate for any major repairs for the past few years. They have always been accommodating & did the job right. I appreciate the honesty & good service that is so rare these days! Highly recommended

We have been going to these guys for years and I was always a big fan of theirs so I feel torn writing this review. They did good work for a good price and I referred all my friends. Over the past year or two I don't know what it is but they have gone downhill. They are good guys and they mean well but overall I kept having to bring in cars for issues that wouldn't be fixed the first time, they would keep my car for days on end and have trouble diagnosing the issue, they would say they would call with updates then never followed through on that. And it seems as if my totals got higher and higher each time I came in. I'm not saying they are ripping anyone off, but their customer service and execution of the repairs has definitely suffered. Unfortunately I had to find another mechanic.

I brought my 1994 jeep in, told them there was an A/C leak, they told me my jeep was ready, when I went in to pay the bill I asked if they found the leak, they said no but if the freon leaked out to come back?! 2 days later I came back, they then said my compressor was leaking. I asked what did I get for the $150.00? they said my repairs were going to be around $600.00 "they were going to charge me another $150.00 for freon?! sorry guy's I am not ignorant enough for your amusement! I bought the compressor/vacuum pump/ac gauges and freon to do the repairs my self for less than they would of charged.... want something done right, do it your self!

My husband and I brought both of our cars there for repairs. First they told him his passenger side window was broken (the lock was on and they were not aware of the lock). Second, we brought my car in which admittedly needed work and I wanted an estimate of what they would charge for the work it needed. I asked them to do a thorough check up. I KNOW it needed breaks, they SQUEAL when I use them. When I picked up my car, I asked what they thought and they said everything looked fine. I questioned them and the man I spoke to it's just fine. Approximately one week later my car battery died, the technician stated the batter looked horrible. I said would you have noticed that when changing the oil, he stated oh yeah! I asked if someone asked you if something needed to be done on a car should this have been mentioned, he stated again, oh yeah! I was thoroughly disappointed by the service and now doubt whether anything was done with either car.

took my 05 cavalier there to get it fixed, knocking engine. Found out that it needed a new motor. Ron had already found a diffrent motor for a great price. the car was fixed in a week i got it home noticed a oil leak and took it back to them. they brought the car in right awayand found out it was a defective rear main seal. so Ron replaced it and got me a rental for 2 days. Best place i have ever been will never go anyplace else

I came on here looking to read the reviews after I received an amazing coupon (Groupon) in my email. The thought of going to this place now scares me. Why do so many of your responses consist of "Oh it must have been the place across the street that did it. And you must be lying because we don't have any invoices for that amount you are claiming you paid. Or for that service you said you "didn't" receive." And the person whose car got wrecked while you were driving it? Why on earth would you be riding around in someone's car and not take responsibility? And regardless of whether or not insurance pays, aren't you A CAR MECHANIC? Lol you should just fix it! The fact that those complaints appear more than once and are responded to with such a transparent answer is a HUGE red flag to me. It's unfortunate because the Groupon was a great deal.

I recently had brought my 4x4 gmc jimmy for what I thought would be a cv joint repair. Because I had gone to a dealership and they had told me thats what was wrong. Turns out they were just hungry for money, because the cv joint was fine. My repair bill turned out to about 500 dollar less than what the dealership quoted. As I was dropping off the truck I got called into work now I had no ride. The office manager heard my problem and offered to drive me back home. Which saved me another 40 dollars. My truck drives excellent and Im almost sorry now that I want to sell it. Its like new. For a single female new to AZ I'm so glad that I found them, I feel that they are really good trust worthy machanics that I will continue to use. And suggest To all my friends.

My wife and I have brought 2 of our cars to Accurate, and have been nothing but happy with their work. On our 2002 Escort, they fixed the alternator, the electrical system after I screwed it up, and when we couldn't afford the repairs on the starter system, Ron even found someone to buy it for us! A lot of the repairs they did to that little car had items we couldn't afford, but Ron took care of them anyways. We just took our 05 Saturn Vue to get the front brakes replaced last week, Ron got the parts the same day and had it done in a couple of hours. Ron and Jerry conduct business in a very ethical way, they treat the customer how they would want to be treated, and it's surely noticed!! All the people who just recently posted about Accurate ripping them off need to take an honest look at themselves. Did they really rip you off, or do you just want more free repairs piled on top of what I'm sure they already gave you? to fotogirl, 2,000 miles and then it quits?! It sounds to me like you were being an irresponsible car owner who didn't even do basic maintenaince on your vehicle. Scuba42 - Really, the AC stopped working after they worked on your heater core? THE SYSTEMS ARENT RELATED!!!!! Wow, some people just amaze me. Ron, Jerry, guys, you keep doing what you're doing, you have my families business as long as we have a vehicle. -Matt & Heather

thank you Matt, we really do enjoy helping people out.
we really like it when someone knows what it is like to get taken to the cleaners, and apprecaits it when they are treated good.People like you make us want to keep helping and doing what we can to save you time and money
thanks again you made my week
We have used them twice and each time the amount goes higher and higher. This past time - thousands. It also included an oil change which 6 weeks later the motor blew and guess what...no oil. No leaks, no smoke....hmmm wonder how that happened? It's at a new shop now and they are taking pictures of the shoddy work and you can bet there will be a day in court. It's costing us another 3K to get a new motor. Just FYI Acurrate denies (of course) that they did anything wrong. (edit after their comments) First off my name isn't Janet. I have no idea what they are talking about because not one thing on their reply is true. My only advice to others looking at this review is to continue reading their responses below where they NEVER take responsbility for anything. Do you really want to risk it? Illegal alien side swipe?? LMAO. That's hysterical! They expect people to believe that? Bottom line that poor woman's car was in their possession, illegals or not they got in an accident and they refuse to fix it? Yes indeed pretty par for the course with these guys. Sometimes gentlemen, (I use that term lightly) even though your insurance won't pay for it you just DO THE RIGHT THING! See you in court!

Janet you brought you vehicle in 6-26-09 out of oil but still running
We did a lot of work for you 180.00 in fact
We also told you the car was out of oil and was smoking.
Your husband and daughter both agreed and thought it would be best to keep a eye on the oil
In September you came back, 2,000 miles later and the engine was knocking and very low on oil
There was no leaks, you picked up the car and drove off saying that you couldn't afford the repairs.
Then a few weeks later you call me and say we ripped you off and didn't put oil in the car and that is why the engine is knocking. We both know that an engine can't last 2,000 miles with no oil, this was 2 months and 2000 miles. Knowing it smoked and used oil; shouldn't you take some responsibility for this?
Did anyone check the oil in that 2 month period?
I am sorry your engine is damaged, but I still maintain that it is not our fault
I recently had my car repaired at Accurate Diagnostics and I cannot recommend them enough. I am a single mom with three jobs and they were quick, efficient, easy to deal with and extremely fair with the cost. I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends and they are my auto repair and maintenance shop from now on.

Both my daughter and I had our cars worked on at this place. Hers was in an accident while they were driving it, mine never did get or stay fixed after three or four times of having it there. neither of us was impressed with anything about that place.

Come on Pam are you kidding me?
Yes a truck full of illegal aliens did cross over into my lane and side swipe the car, and take off.
Because it wasn't my fault our insurance didn't want to cover it.
I pleaded our case and they did cover it, not only the damage from the wreck but the scratches and broken windshield that was already there, got replaced and fixed as well.
I also refunded every penny you paid for the repair ( that blew ice cold, but had a small noise you could only here with both windows up the radio off and the a/c on low) who drives like that?
I knew you would never come back, but I thought that if I gave you your money back at least you couldn't bad mouth me. I guess I was wrong, 3 years later you are still complaining about this.
I can't make everyone happy, although we do try. I have noticed that the people we try the hardest to please complain the most. You can say what you want, but we both know I was more than far with you.
Not many of the other shops would have given you your money back,
for future reference, if a repair shop is involved in a wreck while driving a customer's vehicle and it is not their fault, the insurance company does not have to pay, it goes on the other driver or your insurance.
As for who writes these reviews, they are customers, that see the good in things instead of looking for everything bad. If you look at the other reviews they write, most are all good. The people that complain usually write all bad reviews.
I am sorry after 3 years you still can't see that I did everything I could to make you happy.
Have been using this shop for 2 years and have nothing but praise for the quality of their work. They have done both major and minor repairs and service for me. Their pricing is fair and they backup their work with a guarantee. Unlike some places they don't try to sell you what you don't need but will check everything to let you know the condition of critical parts. I have used a lot of mechanics in the last 40 years and these guys are the best I have dealt with.

We took our Jeep in to Accurate Diagnostics for the heater core to be replaced and we had the radiator replaced as well. It was suppose to be new but the thing looks banged up.The price quoted for the job we latter found out did not include hoses. When we picked the Jeep up everything seemed ok but the next day the rubber guard on the manual gear shift popped out and was broken on the flange. Note on this kind of repair the whole dash had to come out to replace the core, the main reason we didn't do it ourselves. We started noticing that the Jeep was running about 10 degrees hotter then it use to but were told by Ron that it was still within the safe zone. The real problem was that the AC could no longer keep the cab very cool and we never had an issue before this work was done. I was told by the Ron in a very turst tone "If I fixed you tire would you expect me to warranty the whole car?" Excuses Me, they told us about every other hose they thought should be replaced and said that they charged the ac as part of the core replacement job. Now all of a sudden it needs this new hose for $290 more including labor. This is a hard $1200 lesson. We DID NOT have them fix the ac. , I have my yellow copy of both trips to the shop so don't try the old bit "You must have taken it across the street we never treat people this way" standard reply, that doesn't fly.

You are right you did bring your vehicle to us for repairs
We did install a new radiator and heater core.
If you remember we also installed all new cooling hoses for free, because they were rotten, and fell apart, when we tried to remove them, you said you couldn't afford to replace them. We couldn't reinstall them and have it be safe, so we replaced them for free, you were very grateful for that then.
We also replaced the broken part for free with no argument, remember this vehicle is 10 years old and you said yourself you have never done anything to it as far as repairs and 210 is not hot for a jeep in the middle of the summer.
I am very sorry you feel like we did you wrong. I feel like we went above and beyond to try and make you happy.
at some point we have to stop doing stuff for free whenits not our fault or we wont be able to stay in business
