As to the specific complaint about the cleaners going late to the house, that may be true. To arrive at every customer's home precisely on time would require us to cut corners when cleaning some houses. Scheduling cleaning jobs is not something that we can do with exact precision. Too many factors are involved, and a cleaning job that we thought could be done in three hours could end up taking four hours. We will not leave until the job is done. Additionally, as you know, at certain times of day the traffic on Atlanta highways can come to a standstill. Our cleaners get stuck in those traffic jams just like everyone else. If we are going to be late, our responsibility is to call a customer and let him know that we are running late. We don't know whether we did this in the case of tlw221, but if we did not do so then we apologize.

We also apologize if the cleaners were not friendly. Perhaps they were having a very rough day. They may have been not only tired, but also embarrassed if they actually were very late getting to tlw221's home.
