American Window & Door Georgia

I contacted Andy Eilers, President of this company, several weeks ago to see whether he could replace a single, small sized window in my home. He told me that he normally did not do single window jobs but since we were both in Decatur he would make an exception. I then arranged an appointment to have he come over on a Saturday morning for an estimate. He told me on that morning he had a change of plans and he rescheduled with me to that evening. When I contacted him to confirm that evening, he told me he couldn't make it. He finally showed up on Monday, without business cards or estimated paperwork & gave a verbal estimate. I asked him for a written estimate which he stated he would send later that day via email. Over the next two weeks, I called him several times requesting a written invoice and each time he stated he would send it that day. Each contact with him was a litany of excuses on his part why he hadn't gotten to it, including the more "important" projects on his agenda. After two weeks I sent him an email informing him that if I didn't get a written estimate from him, including latest time to get my window installed, that I would assume he could not provide the service. Neve heard from him.

Clearly no respect for my time. If he didn't want to do the job, he should have told me up front.
