Although Candice came out to look at our master bathroom, I never heard back! In fact, I even tried a second time and was promised that an estimate was on its way. Not sure how they have received so many good reviews as I would NEVER recommend this company and their lack of customer service!!

Putting my house on the market. One bathtub had cracks,spider webs the other was an old harvest gold, with ugly matching tiles up to the ceiling. They made both look brand new, clean and white! Would definitely use Porcelain Innovations again. Scheduling was easy, The technician was professional, on time, efficient and a perfectionist. Have gotten lots of compliments. Made my house much more attractive and marketable. I should have done this a long time ago.

We used Porcelain Innovations to re-surface two bathrooms. They resurfaced the tile, bathtub, and floor in our daughters' bathroom and the walk in shower, walls, Jacuzzi, and floor in the master bathroom. What a fantastic, beautiful job!! Looks like we have new bathrooms! the upkeep is minimal-I've just squeegeed off the walls-no chemicals. Candice, the owner, came out for the measurements, and she's wonderful!The work was scheduled and done quickly and professionally. This is a fantastic company!!

Amazing transformation of 2 pink and blue bathrooms at much less than the cost of tile replacement. Made a rental house look updated. They were timely and professional. I have more rental properties and would use them without hesitation!

I have used Porcelain Innovations in several of my rental properties. They are terrific. They take old ugly tubs back to a "like new" look. And the results last for many years. In fact, the first one I did with them was 5+ years ago and it still looks great. Also, their customer service is terrific.
