H&A Mobile Auto Glass

After much research looking for a auto glass company we decided to go with H&A mobile auto glass of Atlanta they meet our requirements with credentials and an A rating with the BBB. After all it paid off they gave me a fantastic price on my windshield replacement, arrived on time and were done in no time. Thanks for a job well done guys.

H&A mobile auto glass did a fantastic job on my windshield replacement! Their customer service was second to none i did not know if the windshield on my vehicle had any heating components built in it so H&A mobile auto glass ordered both windshields just to make sure they installed the right one on my vehicle. We highly recommend them and will be using them for all our auto glass needs.

A piece of a shredded tire hit my windshield when on a road trip to Atlanta this weekend. I needed a windshield ASAP after calling around many glass companies were either closed or could not get my glass till monday. Jesse with H&A made my day he answered my call, had my glass in stock and was able to get to me within a couple of hours. The process was smooth they arrived had my windshield replaced within 40 min cleaned up nicely after themselves and charged my card on site. With this great service, flawless installation and great pricing you can not beat anywhere. Will definitely recommend to my family members and friends in the Atlanta area.

I called H&A Mobile autoglass and got what I thought was a great quote. I scheduled the appointment and was told they would call at least 30 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. I got a call at 10:25 aying they would be here in 15 to 20 minutes (not the 30 I was told at the time I made the appointment). When they got here they seemed nice enough so I let them get started. Within 5 minutes they were telling me that the glass they had would not fit in the factory gasket and that I'd need a new gasket. In my opinion these guys are suppoed to be professionals and should have known that the glass was not an exact replacement for my factory glass. Now they want to sell me a new gasket after they're already here because their glass is thinner than the factory glass. Thinner means inferior to me. Thinner also means it's not a direct replacement. When I called the office to try to work things out I couldn't get an answer. The installers said they would be at another job if I got things worked out. As of now (11:30) I still haven't heard back from the office. Even if I do hear back from them I'm not sure I want an inferior product installed in my truck. Maybe the reason their price is low is because they don't use quality products.

H&A did a great job replacing my cracked windshield. When I called, they were very friendly and personable (not the case with another company I called). They were also slightly cheaper. They called me back after discussing the initial estimate with a better idea of the timeframe they could fix it based on when they could get the glass. Less than 24 hours later, I have a new windshield! They called to let me know they were on their way (2x, actually, because I missed the call the first time!) and were well within the window they discussed with me. I was worried that if they were going to be late that it would mess up some appts I had that day, but I needn't have worried! The installers were punctual, friendly, professional, and quick. Also, having them come to my house while I have 2 sick kids was definitely a bonus. You won't be sorry you used them!

**I wanted to quick add that after I posted this review, I saw that there was some rippling in my glass on the passenger side that I only noticed after I started driving my car again (after they left). When I called them about it, they ordered another one from another supplier, sent someone out and replaced it for free. No problem. Great customer service!
