1.Septic tank pumping, low price and fixed quote. Environmental Health for the State of Georgia recommends that a septic tank be emptied every three to five years to remove solids collected in the tank. Water passing through the tank will carry the solids into the absorption field causing it to fail, whenever solids fill the tank. Pumping the tank saves installing a replacement field - - costing $3,000 to $9,000, not counting landscaping. (Free price quotes, with explanation, for any needed repairs identified are given after the tank has been pumped.)
2.Repair or replacement for any part of the septic system.
Septic filters cleaned or installed
3. Absorption (drain, leach) field repair or replacement. (Free quote.)
4. Pipes, lines unstopped by hydro-jetting.
5. Pumps replaced both interior and exterior lift pumps for raw sewage or septic waste water.
6. Some failed Absorption Fields may be reclaimed (not replaced) by hydro-jetting to loosen solids, then sucking out the lines with septic truck vacuum, and if greatly non-absorbent, adding Pro-Pump enzymes and bacteria plus oxygen release to eliminate the bio-mat stopping ground absorption of the water.
7. Complete systems installed to each county?s specification and choice of system type.
8. Inspection letters for real estate sales provided.
9. Easy access, no digging, Risers installed over tanks and pumps.
10. Video Camera inspection In pipe available.

They had to come out twice (didn't charge for the extra trip) because we had a difficult time finding our tank. They found it under or deck which had to be removed to access the tank. Once I... resolved that they came out again and emptied the tank and repaired the drain field. It was long overdue. Thanks for the great job!! KenVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Michael and Shane came out and did an absolutely amazing job. They were great to work with. Recommend.
Great Guys, professional and knowledgable! Jim and his brother came out to service my very first septic system. I knew nothing about a septic system and to say the least I was nervous. But Jim was able to educate me on the inner workings of a septic system and how to maintain it. Such hard working professionals! What a great company; from Clarence to Jim and his brother. I couldn't be more pleased!!
Michael and John came to clean the septic in my income property. They were punctual, polite and professional. They got the job done, made sure I was comfortable with what they were doing to the septic, and they did everything right away. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who has a septic.
Professional and they were very polite. They were very punctual and didn't waste any time getting started. Very personable and took the time to do a great job. They were the best we've ever used. Will definitely use again. Already recommended to our neighbors.
I called on a Sunday evening and reported a non emergency problem with my septic system. I received a call back at 7:30 am on Monday morning. Jim and Mike were working on my problem by 9:15 am Monday morning. They explained everything in detail and fixed my problem on the spot. Very professional service and reasonable pricing. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
Today I called Septic Servce Pro. By 11AM they were here ready to get to work. They opened my septic tank and after 27 years it was full. They proceded to tell my and show me what was need. Gave me a very good estimate and got to work. They explained why things were as they are and fixed them quickly and effeciently. Ken Garmen worked with his men and insured that each step was professionaly done. Very Good job all arround. Thank you Ken.
Jim came to our house and did an amazing job. He was also able to connect us with a landscaper to save our yard. I would highly recommend this company.
What More can I say - Complex job, done quickly, done well. Knew what was being done and how much it would cost.
Jim is a true professional who worked with me over months to identify and correct septic field problems. His positive attitude and helpful discussion in resolving issues is the best I found.
Words cannot adequately express the commitment of Jim and his team to helping me solve my septic drain field issues this past year. Jim worked with me for months to evaluate the situation, investigate a possible Gwinnett County sewer line solution, and then ultimately design and install the final plan with skill and diligence. Jim has a tremendous professional relationship with the Gwinnett County Environmental Health inspectors, which was critical as he had to modify the plan in the middle of the project. Kudos to Jim, Clarence and all others involved - you have earned my trust and respect, and I am a customer for life! Mark Brannon
Gosh! What service!! Jim and Mike came at 8 a.m. prior to a job to see about my trouble, told me what to do and said they would be back as soon as possible. They came back as my husband "got home from work" and began. They showed us all along the way what was wrong with our water main and septic. They finished the job at 10:10 p.m. and we had water!!! Thank You Jim and Mike. That is what the "American Worker" is ALL about!! We recommend. The Warners
In a day and age when it seems increasingly difficult to find any type of company that employs folks with good customer service skills, these septic guys are TOP NOTCH!!! Seriously, I never thought I'd be writing a review about my septic tank pump-out experience but they absolutely deserved it. The guys were not only on-time but a little early. They were VERY professional, did a great job of taking care of my landscaping (which is special to me!), and did it all at a very reasonable price without trying to "up-sell" me on everything under the sun. I highly recommend these folks as they are true professionals in a crappy business (pun intended!). Keep up the great work Clarence and team!!!
These guys are really great. Nice to deal with an honest, 1st class company.Don't fall for the $199 guys who have whopping add ons. Save yourself money and time.
Septic Service Pro just completed a huge project for me, that of connecting to DeKalb's public sewer system. These folks invested an enormous amount of time doing the homework, working with the county inspectors, acquiring the needed permits, scheduling large equipment, procuring supplies, & scheduling personnel for a four day excavation. The connection was 18 feet below the surface of the road with many obstacles to overcome back to my house. Clarance & Jim exhibited confidense & peace through it all. Everyday, the site was cleaned and prepped for the next day. I can't say enough great things about this company or Clarance & Jim. I will call them again for just about anything, because they also have a reliable network of people with whom they do business. Very rare to find so much integrity! Thank you gentlemen!
My septic alarm went off so I went online and had a company come to pump out my septic system for $195. $765 later and with a bid for over $3,000, I called Septic Service Pro and Jim was at my door within 2 hours. He took care of all my problems for under a third of the other companies bid. I highly recommend Jim and his company. Very prompt and professional. Jim takes great pride in his work!!!
Our home's septic tank had never been pumped out since it was built in the mid '80's. To top it off, it was located 2.5 feet under our front sidewalk. The crew that came out SSP was very knowledgeable and professional. They did an excellent job of quickly exposing, pumping, and repairing the tank (including installing a new lid with riser for easy access the next time), and for a reasonable price. We will sleep better knowing our septic system will not be causing an untimely disaster and is good for the future.

These guys did a great job. I had them out for a basic septic tank pump. Quick response, competitive cost. They also explained a lot about the septic system without making it feeling like they were trying to sell me a bunch of unwanted services. Highly recommend!
