GREAT SERVICE!, 7/16/2014

After going thru several other companies that sent less than trustworthy technicians I contacted Metro Mechanical, Inc. Raymond Harding arrived on time, thoroughly accessed the problem and made the... needed repair. He did not make me feel like he was rushing and explained what he was doing as he worked. I must say that Mr. Harding provided some of the best customer service I have received in many years. I purchased a service maintenance plan with Metro Mechanical and will recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you again Raymond Harding and Metro Mechanical, Inc for a job well done!

Excellent Installation and Service

Metro Mechanical installed a Trane Air Conditioning and Heating system for us and did an excellent job. Staff was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and did an excellent installation. The county inspector even commented on the great installation work. All service calls are handled promptly and with great professionalism. I would highly recommend Metro Mechanical to anyone.

Great & Reliable Service

Raymond Harding just serviced my a/c units. He came with a smile, right on time. We made me feel better about my lack of appropriate maintenance and gave me great tips which I will follow. I have been considering some changes and I feel he gave me an objective advise. I felt totally taken care of. GREAT JOB !

Great Customer Service

On Jan.30th I called Metro Mechanical for a unit not working properly. The ladies I spoke with were very caring and most professional.There was not a service opening on this day, however, if one became available they would call back. Within 1 hour, they called back and a appointment was made for that afternoon. A time was given for the service tech to arrive,and within 10 minutes he arrived. You just can't get much better than that coming 50 miles in Atlanta traffic. I explained the problem to the service tech Steve, and he completely checked out the unit. I even learned some things I didn't know. He found the contactor was bad and replaced it. Everything works fine now and I am well pleased with the work that was done. This is a great company to use for all your hvac work. From the ladies answering the phones to the service tech, this was a most delightful experience. Try Metro Mechanical, you will be glad you did.

Bad start...good ending

Our family bought a new home in 2012 and the HVAC system was installed by Metro mechanical. After moving in we noticed that the master suite was very cold in the winter (if it was in the 30's outside the master suite was 55 degrees or cooler). We had several technicians come out to look at the system over more than a year. All of them except Raymond Harding said that there was little they could do. One of the techs that came to our house actually told me that the thermometer I used to measure the temperature in the house was cheap and inaccurate. Raymond listened to the problem and checked a few things, conferred with his boss and came up with a viable quick solution. Kudos to Raymond and his manager for finally getting this problem fixed.

dont write your review in all caps you ll have to do it all over. kudzu-that is dumb! anyway this company was great . raymond harding came out did as he said he would and even cleaned up after himself which was a nice plus! they came when the said they would, didnt make me wait and it was affordable. id recommend them! ask for raymond

Good experience with Metro Mechanical

Good communication and cordial staff. Raymond Harding was great when he was at the house fixing the issue we experienced. He also checked other things he wasnt there for and answered my questions about best practices (ie. leaving bedroom doors and vents open) for unoccupied areas. The home office offered great communication letting us know when and where the technicians were located the day of repair. Overall very happy with Metro.

It's cool now

Metro Mechanical and the service technician Raymond Harding were very helpful in getting our AC going again. Raymond performed the needed repairs on the inside unit that was identified on a previous call. Parts were ordered. On the way to his truck Raymond noticed that the outside unit didn't "sound" right. After investigating he found a second part to be defective and quickly replaced it as well. If not for the good ear, we may have been without AC for another few days and not even known why. Thanks Metro Mechanical and Raymond Harding.

Underwhelmed!

Purchased 2 heat pumps from Metro Mechanical in 2011, am currently waiting for a motor replacement on the main unit, replaced the motor on the upstairs unit last year. While the customer service reps and service techs are vey nice, I'd like to hear from a manager as to why these units are needling major parts after two years. Having a service contract sure hasn't helped with these units.

Money Down the Drain.. Beware

Metro Mechanical charged me for warranty repair. Metro Mechanical has been to my home over 20 times since 2007 to adjust,repair or replace the issues I've had with my system. I have had my system replaced 2 times once was under warranty the last time 08/2012 I paid for a Brand New System and from what they said that should fix the problem. 1 week later the fan needs to be replaced in the Brand New Unit I paid to have replaced. Now 23 months later I had to pay them $200.00 to check the problem and They told me to replace the part will be $600.00 Labor cost plus refrigerant that will be lost because of the part failure. The Rep Christina first told me there won't be charge for the diagnosis and the Manager John said he wouldn't charge for the refrigerant they added to cool my home. But the cost would be $600.00 for the labor and the part that's needed. When I told Christina I didn't have the $600.00 her emails went to well now you need to pay us for checking the defective Warranty Item. I think that's poor business practice.
