Very quick to respond to our repair request. The technician was able to work with my schedule on the day of service so it was convenient for the both of us. The repairs were completed quickly and for a good price.

I called Rainmaker on a Friday night late and told them i had a major leak in the system. The staff did everything possible to accommodate my needs. The were out at my house within an hour and had everything fixed quickly. I truly appriceate the hard work this company put in for me. They are very courteous, amazing and a overall fantastic company.

This is in response to Rainmaker's reply. I waited 6 hours and then I called you to ask if you were coming. The response I received was "I didn't see you on the schedule".
Regarding your reply: I will make a note of your response to the file along with the Tech notes. Again, let me apologize for the inconvenience. Original reply: We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Our tech was stuck on another job and knew he would not be able to make it, therefore, he CALLED you to advise of the situation and asked if he could come the next day -- Saturday. You then cancelled and told him not to bother. I understand that you were inconvenienced, but we would have been happy to adjust the billing accordingly were we given the opportunity to service the system. Thank you.
