Poor planning and customer service.
I called Atlanta's Best and requested a service appointment. I stated that I needed service within 3-4 days or I was not interested. They said it would not be a problem. Two days later, I received an email with my service date (7 days in the future). I lost two days and now am scrambling to get the work completed in my timeframe. They did not honor their commitment to me. I question their integrity as we specifically discussed my time issues on the phone. Big Thumbs down.

When Scott Moore contacted us on the afternoon of 2/16/10 looking for someone to come out immediately and clean algae off his roof. This is a service we typically don't do, but he seemed in desperate need, so we agreed. He requested to have the work done as soon as possible, and we were clear with him that we'd try our best to get to him in the time frame he needed, but promised that it would be within 2-5 business days (we always say business days). About 4-6 hours later, we emailed him the date of service, which was unfortunately outside of the range he needed, but within the range we promised, 5 business days, to take place on 2/23/10. He sent an email on the evening of the 16th asking if it could be moved up or to remove him from the schedule. I replied back the next day, 2/17/10, that it would not be possible and to confirm with me that he wanted to cancel. 24 hrs after this reply, he sent a new email, this time threatening to leave negative reviews if we didn't come out sooner. We even agreed to give in to the terrorist threats, canceling another customer who had waited longer to appease him, but he posted the review anyway. He rated our service as negative, though he never had the patience to wait for our service. He simply contacted us too late to get service by the date he desired, which shows a lack of ability to manage a project, and his threats to force us to his will were disturbing and, for lack of a better word, evil. It is not a surprise that he has had difficulty finding someone to come do this service for him. Don't take my word for this. "AtlantasBestGutterCleaners . com /atlantaguttercleaning" has the entire back and forth posted on our blog. This review is filled with gross exaggerations and errors to make us look bad, and we have proof!

These guys are freaking amazing
I've used them twice in the past year. I was not at home either time. They come, do their thing (very neatly) and then leave you an invoice. What a great, efficient and convenient company for customers that have a busy schedule! Highly recommended!

Used Them Recently - Awesome!
ABGC serviced my 2 condo buildings - they were so efficent, we didn't know they were there! We will use them again.

exceeded my exspectations
Were prompt and polite, and did a great job and left my patio and deck cleaner than they found it.
Nice to find a business that actually does what it says.

Atlantas Best Gutter Cleaners
These guys did a great job. They were professional and prompt, and the customer service was excellent. You don't have to be home at the time of the cleaning. I highly recommend this company if you need your gutters cleaned or repaired.

They were Great!
We used them because of a deal they offered on a group site. They not only scheduled it very promptly and came out on the day they said, they also let me know that I didn't need to be home while they took care of it AND they sent me before & after pics right to my e-mail. I'd definitely use them again.
