Dear Stewart Williams,

Good Afternoon. My child plays basketball at a local y in atlanta and we recently played your team. I must say i was shocked and a bit disturbed at how aggresive the coaches taught the kids on your team to be. these are 5 year olds and i'm just saddened that these children are being taught street ball vs. learning the fundamentals of basketball. kids were being yoked, clotheslined and i often wondered if we were playing a mix of basketball and football. I believe the Coach Jasahn was pleased with how his team played and would often smirk if one of our kids was knocked down and particularly when they would swipe the ball away. i've tried to forget about the game but it's been on my mind and wanted to share. it's unfortunate that our final game had to be played in such a manner. When those kids at your Y go on to play basketball somewhere else, they are going to have difficulties because they are not being taught the fundamentals of the game.
