Your Local ADT Authorized Dealer

I have had them for five years and set off the the alarm by accident maybe once a year otherwise didn't really use them. Their price went up every 15 months to about $34 a month now; I guess someone has to pay for all that marketing. Let it lapse and when I wanted to start again they make me sign a another 32 yr contract and seemed surprised that I would re-up with them. Oh yeah the tech that was supposed to help me was rude and did not know what type of system I had (they orginally installed it). Don't let the big name fool you these are amatures here. I haven't sign up yet and don't think I'm going to.

I called to give them my new phone number, only to discover that for 2 years while I had a COMCAST line, the house had not been monitored nor did they ever test the connection to my house. The woman in billing nastily informed me that testing the connection was my responsibility -"so tough luck sucker?" not "Oh, I'm sorry, blah blah blah." She was wrong because prior to Comcast they had called me to check my connection. Well, they must be so big they don't need me, so I shook the dust of them off my sandals and am getting Northstar installed today. Sorry I gave ADT over 30 years of my custom.

Called up for the offer and the rep was very nice and allowed me to swap out some equipment for no additional cost so that I could get the right system for my home. Installation appt was setup and they made it there within a few minutes of the scheduled time. Very smooth. Would highly recommend.

I called one morning to inquire about current promotions. They installed that same day. Everyone was professional - no issues whatsoever.
