Find Another Foot Doctor, 10/13/2013

This doctor will nickle and dime you to death. He charges extra for anything he touches on your foot. He'll charge you fifty bucks to clip a toe nail or scrape a callas plus his office visit. The... nurse in charge of the front office is rude and they get mad when ever you question their charges. There are plenty of other foot doctors out there so go to them.

The staff has horrible customer service, 5/25/2012

The office staff is really rude. One lady who was supposed to give me information about the billing did not disclose all the information and hung up on me when I called. I will not go back after I... pick up my orthotics. The horrible customer service makes the whole experience rather unpleasant since you've to interact with the staff more rather than the doctor. They told me one price and they printed out a different amount on the bill. This does not seem honest and the prices are way inflated. The doctor answered my questions but seemed in a hurry to get out. I'm adding this because yesterday my experience was different. There was another lady at the desk. She was friendly and nice and had a Lot better customer service skills. This was my 1st positive experience with the office staff.

Would "NOT" recommend

(Revised) I was very disappointed when I received a separate bill for trimming my toe tails. I should have been told I was going to get a bill for $55.00 to trim my nails. I could have had a spa pedicure for this amount. Very unhappy customer. They would not resolve this with me.

Awsome Doc and Great Staff

I was very impressed with the doctor, staff, and office. I needed to be seen right away, and they were able to work me in. They said that they take pride in scheduling patients so they don't get stuck waiting-A change from most doctors offices. Dr. Greenbaum was so nice, and spent quite a bit of time with me explaining what was wrong, and giving me several options for treatment. He is very impressive, and I would recommend him. He is compassionate, and explains things in terms that I understand. The fact that he is board certified is also important to me. His staff is terrific as well. They understood my insurance benefits better than I did! A great help when considering surgery, to have some idea of what costs will be involved. I am so glad to have found this doctor!

UNBELIEVABLE

I was charged for a service that I barely received! I can not believe it. First of I asked the doctor to shave my lesion, and he proceeded to say there was nothing to shave, and barely shave my lesion. In other words, you can tell he did not want to do it, by the amount of time spent shaving maybe 3 to 4 seconds and again, barely shaving. This is all about the money! Oh well,
