gouged on pricing
started using AHE based on our GC
when we added some projects I was told it would be 2-3 hours of labor
ended up with over 20 hours and 100% mark up on supplies
would not recommend them- shame because the installers were great but the company was not

Working through a general contractor can make communication tough with a home owner, we ended up playing the bad-guy after some third-party communication issues. When we are hired directly, we are able to discuss pricing and make deals more easily. Also, we are able to create a scope and have a clear goal from the beginning of the project. We sell our items at standard retail prices and try to stay fair on labor. This was a lesson learned for our company!
