Had the chance to charge me, but didn't.

I am failry handy, but chose not to tackle my garbage disposal at the risk of causing a leak I wouldn't find for months.

I called and spoke to Chris by the second ring. When I asked for an estimated time to come out and a general idea of the cost of a new disposal he stopped me and asked - "What is the symptom"?

When I explained what was going on, he explained it sounded like a simple jam, to go to Home Depot and buy a $4.00 wrench, and gave me step by step instructions on how to repair it. (Very simple by the way).

Sure enough, it worked. Had it solved in less than 3 minutes.

Instead of charging me $97.00 to come out and repair, he was kind and explained how to do it myself to save the visit.

That says a lot to this man's character. I will definately send any future business his way.

Honest and a Great Value

I had a washing machine faucet that was stuck open. The other plumbers I called wanted to cut open my wall to make costly repairs. Chris repaired the faucet, saved me a ton of bucks, and will keep me as a customer too. The faucet works fine!

Excellent and quick service

I called C&A based on the outstanding reviews here. He responded quickly and fixed my problem very quickly and an excellent price. Also, I try to support local businesses as much as possible so it was great to have them right here in town. I will definately use again but I hope I don't need to.

We remodeled our bathroom and Chris performed all the plumbing functions perfectly. He was very knowledgable about our additions and performed them professionally and within a reasonable budget. In addition he recommended us to another professional that we were extremely pleased with that completed an outstanding remodel of our room. Would recommend him highly.

Reliable, honest, knowledgeable plumber

Chris helped us with all the plumbing work on a guest bathroom we were renovating ourselves. He reworked tub/shower lines, rerouted sink water lines, and installed sink faucets, toilet, & tub/shower/drain fixtures. He arrived on time both visits, worked hard, and even referred us to a good source for some Kohler fixtures. Highly recommended. Will definitely call him on our next project.

Great work. Timely Service. Great Value...

We had a leak from our master bath shower last night into our kitchen down stairs. After reading C&A's reviews I gave them a call. Chris was able to work us into the schedule and was at my home within hours. He was actually a little early. He did a great job and completed the work in about 1/2hr. The price was also very good as well. I will use him for every plumbing need going forward. It's hard to find an honest and reliable company these days.
