Great staff made a great experience!, 4/13/2015

I called Braxton Automotive Group when I was looking to buy a used BMW and had a great conversation with Sam who took the time to make me feel good about spending the money for a comprehensive... inspection. This ended up being money very well spent. Upon arrival at the shop, it was clear that they know their way around BMWs and I was pleased to discover that the service manager had previously owned the same model of car I was considering. He even showed me pictures of his car and some of the cosmetic upgrades he had performed! The inspection revealed a few minor issues and I was informed of a few additional maintenance items I would incur within the next year. I decided to purchase the car, but on the way back, I noticed a noise that I hadn't heard before and came back to the shop. They immediately sent a tech out to ride with me and were able to diagnose a problem that had not been present before. In the end, I was able to have the dealer fix the item. I purchased the car, became a happy new owner, and Braxton Automotive Group got a happy new customer! I would highly recommend Braxton Automotive Group and their excellent staff to take care of your four-wheeled baby....

Braxton Automotive Group Great Experience

I went here about a week ago to have the oil changed and check up on my s40. From the moment I walked in I had a very professional experience starting with my advisor, Craig. The mechanic, Vittorini, was very informative, clear and concise in his explanations. Overall excellent experience for me and priced very fair.

A Friend in the Automotive Business

I tried a couple of repair shops when my BMW went over 100K miles and even tried to go back to the dealer a couple of times, but at Braxton I feel like I have found my car family. You see the same faces all the time and it is nice to be able to call you car adviser if you hear a sound or see a light. It is also nice to know that when you get the price for repairs you are not going to fall on your face. Every service that I have had done has been very competitively priced.

Never Ever Again!

Braxton Automotive on Howell Mill provides botched oil changes and poor customer service from Owner.

Hello Karen,
Iím sorry you feel you did not receive the level of service you deserve. I only wish you would have called us when the light came on so we could have towed in your car at our expense to verify if there was or wasnít a problem. We havenít had any problems with our equipment or staff performing oil and filter services and our store performed a huge number of oil changes last year without any issues.
I think there was a misunderstanding when my advisor spoke with you.
The quote you have in your review (Steve doesnít "feel we can provide a quality service to you given the failures of the past") is simply not a statement I made. I have no doubt there was miscommunication and misunderstanding. What I do believe is that the relationship with our customers is a two way street. As we have built our business over the last 17 years, we take pride in the lasting relationships we have built with our customers. Like any relationship, without a foundation of trust, the relationship cannot be successful. I always recommend that a customer chooses a shop they feel comfortable with.

Professional Staff And Great Service! 01/07/15

I took my Land Rover LR3 to have my thermostat replaced I drop off my vehicle at 8:30 in the morning they provided transportation to my job. The staff who is always pleasant kept me inform and updated through out the day. By the end of my work day my vehicle was ready to go and running better than ever.

Great Value in BMW Service

I had my 645 for an oil leak just before Xmas. Needed the car for a road trip after the holiday. Jason and team work late to finish the repair, and let me come by for a free inspection before the road trip. No dealer would provide that kind of service.

I had an amazing experience. All staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They fit me in right away and fixed all problems with my mini cooper. Couldnt ask for better customer service. I will be back!!

Real deal!

No funny business here. Braxton will repair your car and charge you a fair price. We bought a used BWM from friends who had used Braxton over the years. I was torn on using them or my trusted (primary) Volvo shop. Well, it was an easy decision when my shop said, "Well, we could take a look at it but you're in great hands with Braxton." Agreed. The folks at Braxton are the best.

Best service in town!

I brought my Land Rover in for two problems. One that was an easy fix, the brakes. The other problem was a water leak. The amazing Braxton team diagnosed the problem very quickly and fixed the leak! I could not be happier!

TERRIBLE service

Brought car in - they try and nickel and dime you. Said oil would leak if it wasn't changed within 7500 miles. I asked how this is even possible - they quickly back tracked. Next - dropped car off for simple repair job - they kept car for 2 days and couldn't provide WHEN it would be done. I finally picked my car back up WITHOUT service. DON"T GO HERE

NOT alternative to the dealer

Why does Adam recommend this place as an alternative to the dealer for a luxury vehicle out of warranty. Same price for an oil change on my German car but have to wait 2 hours. Battery twice as expensive as dealer. And CLUELESS when diagnosing electrical problem. Had to take it to dealer for major electrical repair after taking to it Braxton where mechanics cannot diagnose. This place is a joke.

Service Guarantee

I recently had a problem with my Mini-Cooper. Braxton repaired the vehicle in Oct. 2012. One(1) week ago the part from the dealer failed and the car needed another repair. Normally, the dealer will replace the part; no questions asked. This time they wanted the car towed in to examine the work done in Oct. 2012(all at my expense). Thankfully, Braxton refused to put me through that ordeal. They bought new parts and made the repair; all at their expense! Thanks Braxton for honoring your warranty.
