Wood & Fullerton Goodyear Tire & Auto Service

I talked to the sales rep and he was very arrogant and non-considering. I have a Groupon coupon for the service and told me that I need to drop my car for the oil change and they will call when it is done. Which is little strange as for such a small service I need to drop my car. Then I asked him where exactly he is located in terms of landmark and he was very dismissive of it. Though I have Groupon coupon , I am letting the money go and will never go there.

I contact this location and the sales rep that I spoke with was very nice. However, when I came into this location the sales rep was out to lunch and I’m guessing it was the Manager who came out. I told him that I spoke with some1 regarding new tires, he shrugs his shoulders nonchalantly and says it wasn’t me much have been my sales rep and that I had to wait an hour for him to return for some assistance as thought he could not assist me. I immediately walked away, I felt like I was trying to provide service to him when the situation was vice versa. I will not return to this location if my car broke down in front of it!

This place is ok. They won't upsell you, and they work hard to give you a good deal on tires. But they take forever to get any work done. I prefer the Goodyear on Holcom Bridge.

I have a 1999 Chevy Blazer that constantly has problems (and spent too much money repairing), but I was very pleased with the services provided by this Wood & Fullerton Goodyear. I didn't feel like I was getting upsold for services we didn't need or repairs that weren't necessary. They are now my local oil change place!
