We recently purchased two rental properties, both of which unfortunately had poly pipe and needed to be completely repiped. After shopping around, Plumbing Express had was able to offer the best... price. Another reason we went with them is that they were able to patch up the walls when they were finished, something many of the other plumbing companies were not able/willing to do. They were very patient and explained everything they were doing during the process. Everything is working great now (no more leaky pipes!), and its all patched up like new. Plumbing Express is officially our new plumbers... no need to look anywhere else!VIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Blake and his crew did a great job on my home. Prior to moving in my home I had all the plumbing replaced in a John Wieland home I purchased. Just like the commercials on the web site. They removed... walls, pulled down tile walls and put everything back the way it was. The price was very reasonable and they were done in about 4 days. Great companyVIEW MORE »VIEW LESS »
Blake Mowe convinced me that his company was a quality provider of polybutylene pipe replacement and nothing could have been farther from the truth. The finishing work was terrible and one employee was completely unprofessional. I spent hours cleaning paint the was tracked through the house on hardwoods and carpets as well as removing light and electrical plates to clean paint of those as well. My vinyl in the laundry room was damaged as well as tile in the master bath. Although some repairs were made in the end we just wanted them out of our lives.
We really tried hard to make this customer happy and strongly disagree with the content of the review. Even though we couldnít find anything wrong with the linoleum in her laundry other than it not having been glued down on installation - we replaced it. Actually we felt like a lot of the problems that the customer brought to our attention were pre-existing. Even so we did our best to address these issues by sanding down walls, repairing scuffs, cleaning - We even sent the customer out to a nice dinner while we worked on these issues.
The assertion that we tracked and splattered paint is simply not true. In fact the customer didnít even mention that to us as an issue at the time. We are very careful in taking measures to keep the customersí home clean. The one issue we did cause was a small chip in the shower tile. This isnít normally an issue but does occur sometimes when we remove tile to re-pipe a shower. The customer purchased decorative tile for us to create a pattern with. When the result was not satisfactory we paid more than we felt obligated to in an attempt to satisfy the customer.

A pipe busted in our house and another plumbing company referred us to Plumbing Express for a re-plumb of our home due to the fact that we had polybutylene pipes. Another company came out to make a temporary fix and we also got them to give us an estimate for a re-plumb. Their quote was strictly for the re-plumb and did not include the repair of the drywall when they were finished. When we contacted Blake Mowe and he told us what Plumbing Express could do for us, we knew we would be choosing them for the job. They came in and completed the re-plumb in two days and repaired all of the holes in the drywall. All of their workers have been extremely professional and courteous and have done a wonderful job getting our home repaired. If we had known how easy it would be for Blake and his guys to do this job, maybe we could have avoided the headache of coming home to a flooded home. I would highly recommend them.
I cannot say enough great things about Plumbing Express. As first-time home owners, we took on the very stressful project of re-piping our entire house. Blake, Ty, and Pablo not only did an amazing job, but they also put our worries at ease. This team is professional, thorough, and friendly. The interior of our home looks great. There is no trace of work being done... I actually think it looks better than it did before the job! The patching and paint work are impeccable. Pablo matched the paint perfectly and even labeled and stored the paint cans in case we need them in the future. The team also went above and beyond when it came to items that needed attention. For example: they fixed a shower knob that was loose and replaced a refrigerator tube that had gone bad. They did not have to do this, but they wanted us to be totally satisfied with our new home. This team truly wants to make their customers happy. We will be using Plumbing Express for all of our plumbing needs in the future. We will also recommend all of our friends and family to them.
Really good work for the price. Paint match was noticeable and sanded grout used with tile in bath when they replaced it but overall it's never going to be perfect but this was close.
Blake and his crew were wonderful in replacing all of our polybutylene pipes..It was a job that we had been dreading, but from start to finish the stress was taken away from us. These guys are hard working and wonderful workmanship. All the new pipes are in within 1 day and the walls are all fixed and painted to perfection. Job done in just 2 days. Thank you Blake and Jasmine and Carlos for a job well done.
I called plumbing express to replace all the plumbing in our walls. My husband and I really thought the guys did a great job and it was faster than we expected. Thank you to Blake, Jasmine and Pablo! The repairs to our wall look great!
Had to have all poly replaced. Job cost for CPVC was approx. $700 cheaper than other estimates. I was fortunate they came out in two days, had all pipes replaced in one day with the water back on and had all finished and painted by the second day. My pipes were in very close proximity so I do not know if this is ordinary or not. Only very small negative was a rough area left on the ceiling in a bathroom but easily fixed.
Neighbor referred us. Workers were in and out in a week including the drywall work. On day two, all the pipes had been replaced(wow!). At that point, it was scary to see numerous neatly cut holes in the drywall but the drywall and painting work was completed in record time and with minimal dust. Paint matching was perfect.
Excellent work. Prices were better than others especially considering they did everything, including sheetrock and painting. I did not realize what the job entailed, but based on what other companies said, the other companies would not have been so thorough. I can relax now.
The team at plumbing express is very good at what they do. I had polybutelyne piping replaced in a house we just purchased and they did a very good job. I was a bit skeptical and nervous having this work done, but their claim that you can't tell the work has been done is 100% accurate. The walls they worked on are the best looking walls in my house right now. If you choose to have your pipes replaced I would definitely call them.
We had to replace the Polybutylene pipes that were inside our house and Plumbing Express was one of the few companies that seemed to specialize in that area. The first plumber did not appear to respect our home very much. At one time I saw him reach through a hole in the wall, grab a pipe and rip it out with his hand. This left a huge jagged hole in the sheet rock. There were other places that looked as bad as that one if not worse. I called the salesman we had been dealing with and he came out that evening. He assured me that we would not be able to tell where the holes had been when they were finished. The next day, they sent out a different plumber who was better than the first. After the pipes were in, they sent out two gentlemen who performed magic on the walls. The salesman is correct, we cannot tell where the holes were. I tried to hire the drywall men to do some moonlight work for me, but they said that the plumbers kept them too busy. The only problem with the actual plumbing was that one of the shower heads was not fastened to the wall and occasionally slides to the side.
One of our main goals is to show respect for the customersí home. Another main goal is to deliver good workmanship and value. The ripping out of a pipe to leave a jagged hole in the wall is definitely not company policy - doing this makes the job of our drywall specialists even more difficult. The plumbers we currently have working with us have re-piped over a thousand homes each - they understand the value of minimizing the size of cuts because this is less work all around. Also, if a customer notices something wrong with our work such as the shower head not being securely fastened, please let us know.
