Terrible Customer Service
I too had a bad experience with the owner while taking my dog for a routine grooming. I had used a different groomer but when I arrived I was told that she was out on leave and Melinda would do the job. When I called to check if my dog was done the owner was rude and told me that I would have to pay extra since my dog was taking longer. We arrived to pick her up and she was defintely frightened. I do not know what took place but have never seen her upset like that. When we got home I noticed that her pads were cut and split and that her feet were groomed like a poodle's(she's a schnauzer). It took at least 3 weeks for her feet to heal. These people have the nerve to say that dogs are rude and that is the reason for a bad experience. Newsflash..dogs do not exhibit rude behavior, their behavior is a product of the way that they are treated and their environment. If you can't communicate with customers, how can you work with animals?...
